It's fucking bizarre, half of the people we interact with from Overkill are polite, nice and sane people, who are actually super generous. But then there is this whole insane group who seem to be the ones actively looking to stir up shit.

Yeah, I always tie down as many as I can, and I try to tie up cops/SWAT between waves in case we need an emergency hostage to get someone out of custody. I think part of it might be that you don't usually get one guy in custody, if one player gets arrested the whole team follows in most cases pretty quickly. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times where we only lost one or two players.

That sounds pretty normal. Most places sound that harsh on cheating but don't nail people unless they're actually full on cheating themselves. Basically you get in trouble if you're cheating or helping others cheat. Not sure how'd you report it to the devs on the forums though, I guess you'd PM them?
