They can also cuff you when you are interacting with objects such as the drill.
So does the game release at 12:00 AM Monday night or is it a simultaneous release in all regions on Tuesday? I only ask because if the game comes out significantly earlier in Australia I can use my VPN to unlock it early and not have to wait 6-12 hours.

I've got 38 hours on my unlock in north western america. That's 10am tuesday PST which is when steam updates their store generally. Looks like it'll be an independent region release.

if it were simultaneous midnight, it would unlock at 9pm pst which is when midnight releases always come out on steam.

One of my friends didn't know all stats, weapons and etc. would be reset on Tuesday and the next day he raged at me for telling him... I just laughed and told him what I already had on beta. He was still mad at me for some reason.

Okay that is rather extreme but I don't understand why people are defending cheating. It gives them an unfair advantage, it'd be unjust not to ban them otherwise everyone will do it.
