UK net infrastructure is bloody terrible unless you live in a major city or happen to be one of the lucky few to get fiber early. I was meant to have it in this area last year but they pushed it back till this october, my exchange is all setup for fibre currently but they've only allowed businesses sign up to it so far.

You guys remember that ECM Feedback ghost skill?
I'd say it's going to easily be one of the biggest gamechangers, since some guy apparently played with a "hacker" that used it and it pretty much stunned pretty much [I]every[/I] cop on the map for about 15 seconds, so it may become really useful for getaways or just stealthing in general.
The ECM jammer seems like a weird equipment in general. It works, but whenever it feels like.
But when it does, it's extremely effective
