Has anybody else got a little Updating PAYDAY 2 box that is slowly loading even though the DL speed is at 0? Is this waiting time something that doesn't need internet to download or what

Man I can't wait for a time when launches like this will literally just be some switch being thrown and just *poof* everybody has it that preloaded it and everything's cool and shiny and it's the future not this most things unlock at ungodly times (thankfully Payday 2 didn't do that) and after it "unlocks" you have to download another 500MB even tough you preloaded all the rest and since everybody and their mom's are downloading it it doesn't work properly

I'll prob uninstall and reinstall overnight, I got like 200mb spare on C drive, gotta move it over to my spare hard drive.

im pretty kinda upset about these extra files becouse while for some it might take no time to download at all i was expecting that since i PRELOADED the game i would be fine to play as soon it was out and not a .1GB Download that rips my connection apart ;V

The soundtrack is 571 mb in the steam downloads folder so that does explain the extra downloads for CCE owners.

Currently downloading the rest of the game at 0 bytes per second and its massively slowing down my computer. I shouldn't be surprised but I wish Valve would get on this shit.
