You should be alright, but you might not be able to play on higher settings without a lousy framerate, and tbh being able to react intelligently to threats is what will make or break your game experience. Just stick to medium/low.

It's not a "proper" patch. DL speed should be 0 bytes, which means that something is unpacking

It's sometimes at 0 Bytes/S but other times it will have a few second periods of 150kb/s.
