I'm saying is you can't change your role on a whim. You build stealth? Too bad, now you're stealth. Want something else? You can have it, but it's coslty and you can't go back. It's heavily restrictive.
Its a primarily a co-op game, it would ruin it if you could switch easily.

We don't know anything about the respec system other than it costs money. We don't know if you have to go an extremely long time before you can respec again.
To plainly say you can't go back is just wrong. Until the beta, we can't tell how limited respec is.
