I'm level 43 and i've just been playing non-stop with friends and haven't been farming yet. (19.1 hours ingame)

A group of friends and I spent literally three hours trying it, and would get fucked at the end by some ridiculous horseshit of circumstance, be it the guards seeing one of us through walls or even one of our retard friends cartwheeling through the goddamned lasers.
We had every fucking objective completed on our last run, every single thing stealthed and good to go, then our retard-friend bolts through the lasers because herpyderp-a-dumb and suddenly our fucking evac disappears. what kind of bullshit is that?

My friends literally once told a guy in a pub match they were using the ammo bag only for sawblades and the guy took from them anyways. Later on another pubber didn't revive someone despite being behind cover.

Did Big Oil earlier. They burned all the intel first day, so on the second day we were pretty fucked.
That is, until we said fuck it and just started dragging out random engines to the chopper. One hour and twenty minutes, later, we finally did it. My friend and I kicked about 10 people who kept bitching about us bringing random ones and wouldn't listen when we told them it was too late to figure out the right one or people who were simply not going to follow instructions.

Also, if you have the skill aced that lets you open doors with ecm jammers, and also safe lockpicking, you can do nightclub solo in 5 minutes with the loot truck. On overkill you get ~15k xp and 90k spending money.
I just got 350 Thousand from Firestarter on Overkill with a bunch of high levels.

I can solo it with C4 in 4 minutes. C4 is so fucking helpful.
How does this build look to you guys? I'm trying to go for an all around build for certain situations. If you have any suggestions for it, i'd like that! Just a note: I want to keep bagging corpses, shaped charges and the saw.

Burning money is a separate mission associated with the last day of a line of missions. That's a glitch you got.

Pfft my group does it in 3 minutes or less. Rush in with guns blasing get the keycard, get to managers office blow the safe open and drag the loot out the front door. The loot truck slows you down as you have to wait for the truck and van

I don't use the MP5 for stealth, that's what I have the .45 for the reasons you say. I've not used any of the other SMGs (M4SBR, MP-9, AKS-74U) because the stats put me off. It's the reserve ammo combined with low recoil and relatively high fire rate that attract me to it. Plus, it's an MP5. Soon as I get a stubby, it's going on there too for increased damage, but for now I have a Tank muzzle brake and it seems to do quite well
