I've gotten a single Mask Drop. I feel like I'm cursed. I only get weapon mods and materials. Doesn't sound bad, until I realized I kept getting the same ones.
So, I'm level 33 and I'm looking for a new primary. What should I get? I'm using the AK now, nonupgraded, and I'd like something similar to that.
Just did a bunch of Four Stores Nightclub relays with a SAW guy and a shaped charges guy. Almost makes me want to go Tech/Enforcer...

Also, what the hell does the attachment for the AUG that adds a pulse-rifle looking barrel even do? It just says it lowers conceal-ability.
The drops in this game are so not random its bullshit
Some players are just destined to get mostly mask drops and others mostly guns, there is no randomness to it, I just get a 3 hour marathon of shitty gun parts while others get constant mask parts

I haven't been able to see how efficient lucky charm is on a mask card because all i'm still getting is money cards and the occasional weapon mod one.

I've come to notice you could choose the middle card and get a weapon mod, then the first card and the middle and last cards being mask cards.
There used to be a way in the beta to trick the rng a little if you went last middle first or last first middle or any odd combo and you'd usually get a mask card from it
it usually resulted in tons of colors though

etc
a lot of times 2 mask cards often pop up on the middle and last cards but whenever you choose them they don't
is it true that it doesn't actually matter what card you pick? from what i've heard each card is randomly generated and on a payday no card actually has a preset reward

It must pick a preset because I constantly see the same patterns
I just pick a single card every time for a while. I did the middle card until late yesterday when I started doing the first card. Then earlier today I switched to the last card. Last card in just the few times I've used it has given a fair number of masks.

I'm able to just walk in to the night club, fire in the air and everybody gets the fuck down and stays down, they don't even think about calling the cops

There is some coordination between either the map and the reward or the difficulty and the reward because I've noticed patterns (of the repeating occurrences type) in what types of items are dropped. I'd have to look more in to it and actually try to spend the time to catalog everything but I'd rather just steal shit.

And can you hurt civs with it? Someone said it makes your melee and shots non-lethal to civs.

It doesn't do that, they changed it
What it does is intimidates civvies when you make noise so instead of running away when you shoot/break windows/whatever they get on the floor
