Try framing frame. Did it once on very hard, never had any trouble with money again
Spending 20 minutes to do a heist to only get half a level of exp and 20k spending cash is starting to annoy me.

Do Firestarters on Overkill. You can get over one million spending cash, and it's much easier than doing Framing Frame. I don't do any heist lower than very hard unless I'm trying to get mods/masks.

There's only two of us and we're both level 18, haven't seen Firestarters appear once.
Open your game to public, and do heists on Overkill. Most pubbies I've played with are pretty competent.

Because that's how the story of the heist goes? First day you're watchdogging the coke when the FBI intercepts the shipment, second day you're making sure it gets to where it was supposed to be going.

becouse it seems breaking into some politican house draws way way way more the attention of the police than breaking into the FBI or breaking into a museum
Framing Frame would be better if there wasn't a million places for police to come from and murder you in tight hallways whilst turtle swats and shields box you in

You absolutely must stealth that mission if you want it to be worth it. Don't bother doing FF with pups, they're all fucking retarded (and will waste 6-10 minutes of your time everytime stealth fails because "WE CAN DO IT STFU U DON'T KNO ANYTHIN")

Well, Alex isn't known for being precise. Just look at Undercover from Payday 1.

Day 3 is easy to stealth, if you be careful and methodical and avoid cameras you can neutralise all the guards and get everything.
Day 1 on the other hand is much harder to stealth, so many guards.

Day 3 ff is pretty easy on overkill loud too, just people pick terrible loadouts. The shotguns are so good on this day yet I see people trying to use the m308 and getting nowhere

The only day I bring my M308 is Watchdogs Day 1 because if you hole up at the back, it's pretty good for picking off Turtles before they reach you.
My stealth loadout is a CAR-4 which is slowly being modded into a stealth one as I get mods for it, and a silenced Crosskill.
My loud-mission loadout at the moment is a mixup between JP36/M308 and the Locomotive
