Previous Payday's music change was due to a copyright infringement, and the load-out used a remixed bit of the same music. That's why they were both changed with no option to ever get them back.
(As far as I remember.)
I can already tell that the Mastermind perk ability to convert an enemy to your side is cool on paper but useless in practice since you can only control regular cops and SWAT which die after 2-3 shots. It'd be useful for stealth though.

You'd be surprised how much a meat shield or extra gun can help out in some situations. It also looks like it has no cool-down, making it great to spam when the one dies.

i think instead of making lone officers cuff themselves it just makes them become hostile against other police
so they're not necessarily "overpowered;" it just requires finding the right guy at the right time to convert him
If you unlock the Ace version of that perk then it gives them greater health and makes them do more damage. Don't know if that will make much of a difference.

They changed it. The Joker perk description says that you can only control non-specials.

I'm happy that it's in 360p. My terrible budget internet means anything faster would stutter horribly for me. (this one still stutters a bit)
