A friend of mine got the Dillinger Death Mask.
So what's he do to it?

god, aced inspire only seems to work when its not necessary
the times when i really need it my character just keeps telling the cops to drop their weapons instead of actually reviving someone, its annoying
So my friend actually has a pretty hype idea for a train heist.
So it's a luxury passenger train with an armoured car at the very back, you got several patrolling guards on it so that stealth is possible but hard, if you have some sort of skill you can get on top of the train cars, but that's a dangerous deal because of signal lights and tunnels, which can knock you off.
In case you're in assault mode, and enter a tunnel, there is a huge chance that cloakers can come through the train windows because it's dark, and cops can enter via helicopter or by doing adjacent trains.
Dunno about doing moving trains though, I know it's common to just have moving background instead of having the train move itself.
You could obviously 'teleport' the uncoupled armoured car because armoured cars tend to not have any sort of open windows.
The objective would obviously be to make it to the armoured car, uncouple it, steal the valuables and either get them out by helicopter or wait for some escape vehicle.
11 weapons first day, 4 gold bags and another 2 weapon bags the second day. Bain described all the extra shit as "part of our old hauls." The entirety of the vault the third day, because stealth. Final amount screen:
Even worse : they panic when hearing the sound of a drill or a saw. Constructions workers must often face cops I guess.
It's funny because my neighbors were doing construction the other day, cutting through some lumber with a saw. I sarcastically thought to myself "Welp, better call the cops".
Payday logic :v:

The other day I theorised that the evidence locker actually does contain loot that you failed to get earlier. That because our group almost never misses anything, and at the same time this room is always empty. Once we did miss a haul, 4 bags of coke. Next time we went in there we found exactly 4 bags. We have yet to actually test it, although I did note that while playing with another group yesterday, there were 3 bags worth of Gold in there.
Would anyone like to play through all missions on overkill? I'm bored :(

Sure, maybe a little later tonight.
Wooh! I just reached 100.
And before anyone asks, no, there isn't anything cool about being 100. No new heists or anything. Just a little achievement.
So Election Day, which was in the debug menu, isn't even in the game either? No no, great.

One of Bain's lines when you open the room is something along the lines of 'It's our old loot, guys'.
I'm gonna presume it's the loot from whatever the host last failed.

Nope. I don't see it anywhere unless if it's a super rare heist.

Sadly that's not true... The max level's exp is around 980,000. Which is about 40-50 "easy" overkill heists. Doesn't take too long if you have a good gang.
My friend played this video after he got the Ace of Spades Pattern after an Overkill Framing Frame:

Lots of grinding and time consuming efforts
I can't get over how much I love this game
Sadly I am not the first 100, there's tons before me, but it's all for fun.
I'm embarrassed by how quickly I got burnt out on this game.

Meanwhile on SPUF: Overkill doesn't have enough enemies, and AI Bots are overpowered.

"not enough enemies"
get stuck inside the vault on bank heist because you're the only fucking person trying to defend while all 3 people jerk around with the deposit boxes and one person is messing with the saw while the other 2 are LOCKPICKING.
>ai overpowered
kill me.

Nothing is more infuriating then telling teammates to not worry about lockpicking on Day 3 of Pro Firestarter Overkill, just to have all 3 of them start picking, get overrun, and kicked.
Or when the host wants everyone to stay inside the vault antichamber while the door is drilling, ends up getting fucked up by the first shield/bulldozer/heavy swat swarm and blames you for not following his cunning plan
Ghost sprint skills + suit = holy fuck I forgot how fast I could be.
Wearing Iron Man armor has accustomed me to slowness.

#1 RULE OF BANK HEIST
STAY OUT OF THE FUCKING VAULT UNLESS YOU ARE COLLECTING BAGS, SAWING DEPOSIT BOXES, OR FIXING THE DOOR DRILL, IT IS NOT AN OPPORTUNE PLACE TO HOLD OUT, YOU WILL GET MASSACRED IF PEOPLE AREN'T DEFENDING (the only exception to this MAYBE is a mosconi wielding enforcer with bullet storm aced)
i'm sorry for the rant but i just wanted to get that point across
My god, my butt has entered another universe of clenching.
Firestarter on Overkill and it was a pro job, the first two days went by super fly, and then I fucked up the stealth on the last day, getting spooked way too early.
I managed to burn the money along with three other friends, as soon as I sawed a deposit containing gold bars they both got downed along with the bot.
I had to storm through million of FBI folk, re-arm my saws, get flanked twice and kite those Heavy FBI like a mad cunt, storm out the side entrance, dodge sniper shots and a squad of medium FBI, just before my shield goes down and I almost got shot to death I turned a corner and managed to escape with the gold.
The ECM probably stops the pager for the amount of time its active, and then it asks you to answer the pager again. Probably just a delay. I doubt it would outright block the need to answer the pager.
Why not?
It'll probably block pagers from going off while the ECM is active, which is generally a rather short window of time (10-15 seconds, around 30 if you upgrade it).
It makes sense, why would a device that stops cameras from working and cell phones from being in service allow a guard to "page home" (likely also using a cellular connection like a phone would)?
The pager only goes off because the guard hits the ground or the guard hits the pager button to report a disturbance. A pager wouldn't magically start paging again after that.
The ECM doing this is no different than a tech blowing open a safe with a deployable instead of having to use a drill or lockpicking at a slower rate (at the benefit of not needing a specific deployable to do it). The ECM would be the "C4 of stealth" letting you kill without needing skills in the mastermind tree to actually stay stealthy. Besides, guards that see you or see something suspicious could still trip an alarm I bet, just the "pager on death" effect would be not in effect.
That said a team of ghosts with ECM's could probably cheese framing frame pretty hard pop open an ecm, kill, sprint, pop another ECM, kill, sprint, until all the guards are dead. and the cameras are down.

To be fair, they are onto something. I played with a group who had the brilliant plan of "just stay in the server room until they leave". As you could imagine, I was actually really surprised when the cops literally did just leave, there was barely a fight, we were outnumbered 10 - 1, there was a sea of FBI Heavy outside the door, if they stuck around we were dead. But no, they just left, and we were able to walk to the escape van with virtually no resistance save for some beat cops on the street outside.
I hate to admit it, but camping one room and killing anything that comes through is a very viable strategy, apparently. I'm actually hoping they update the AI so that shields just stand in doorways and trap you in the room while they wittle everyone's health down to zero so people can't just beat the game by sitting in a doorway. That or update the maps so that if you camp in a room that's obviously gonna be easy to camp, the SWAT will blow the wall open and rush you. That'd be sweet.
Well I'm excited. Ghost deserves a better place in the game.
It doesn't jam their guns, you could kill a guard and another would be alerted by seeing it, 1 shot from a guard and every guard on every floor is alerted, so there is still enough room for fuck-ups.
If one ECM lasts 30 seconds fully upgraded that gives an entire team a minute to run in and neutralize all the guards. That's fucking easy considering at most there are usually only around 4-6 guards. The only issue is killing them outside of camera view, but then you have a ghost who can probably bag the bodies and move them out of sight first.
