waoh if I hadn't already spent $30 I'd give you it to get me CCE
seriously though
how long does steam take to reply to tickets?
weeks? cause that'll be pretty lame with the summer sale starting up soon
Last time I used steam support which was the other week to refund Payday 2 so I could upgrade it took them 24 hours exactly to respond.

I would upgrade.
If I had people to play with.

It's legit, but you have to wait on delivery.
i bought cce because i can afford it
what about you plebs
Normal, but I managed to snag a key from a lovely person so I'm good. Plus if I can get the cash before it's too late I'll upgrade to CCE.
i bought cce because i can afford it

Oh yeah! Well, enjoy your game, while I will play with my toy soldiers, they are better than your ugly beta access... Yeah.
i bought cce because i can afford it

I bought CCE because I thought they deserved the full price.
I fucking love when games are $30 or so, but the collector edition is a normal-day $50.
Not this, pre-order now for $60!! And our collector's edition is only $180!
Well with the difference here being so small it's kinda dumb not to get CCE
Or get a couple of friends, buy the CCE in a four-pack and pay as much per person as you would normally pay for the regular edition if you were all buying it separately

i bought CCE for $30 by trading for TF2 keys

So a few guys were able to fully stealth the bank heist today.

Stay the FOK down.
That was fucking marvelous. Surprised to see it done with only 2 people (for the most part) too.

"Get down on the ground y' bastard"
I'm in love
Any body moves and I'm openin' a can a whoopass!
That was tense as fuck, but honestly, without a massive stealth bonus, I'd have picked every single deposit box. :v:

I would've picked every deposit box too, though I think the only reason they didn't was because they were running out of "footage"
Yeah you hear the guy saying that he wants to finish it up so he can prove they escaped near the end.
What happens when you just flat out shoot all the civilians with silenced weapons?
Make sure nobody gets away or blasts the alarm, do the cops show up?

Probably wont cause the alarm to pop up, but you'd probably still get a stupidly high cash penalty.
It's $10,000 per civ kill I believe.
As a reference those guys only got about $8,000 for pulling that job off.
So yeah, you definitely don't want to be killing civs.

They probably would've gotten way more if they looted all of the lock boxes too.

i dont mind that aslong as they arent retarded like in the first game.
"wowe gun fire! time to shine and run across the room for no reason right through gunfire!"
Two things I'd fucking love to be put in Payday 2:
Leaning (Come on guys, how hard is it to put this in)
Some kind of lockpicking/hacking minigame (I know it will never happen, but I wish)
If programmed accordingly, leaning would allow you to reduce your hitbox by a huge margin which would make defending a position way easier.
If it does not affect your hitbox against the A.I., then leaning is absolutely useless.
As for lockpicking/hacking minigames, I've never seen a game with such that didn't get annoying after the 1X times doing it.

I don't see how a slight lean would make it too easy to defend a position, if anything it may even add more depth to the game.
And as for a lockpicking system getting boring, surely it'd be more amusing and less annoying than holding a button down and staring at a tiny bar go across your screen. Hell, add harder locks for bigger loot, instead of having to look at a bar crawl across your screen even slower for harder locks.
for stealth, lean would be an amazing feature imo

don't forget about fire modes
for stealth, lean would be an amazing feature imo
That's what I want, I honestly don't care much about leaning out of cover to fire upon enemies, but more to just peek and see if someone's about to walk into you, I like the stealth aspect more, that's why I don't mind games like RTCW which had lean but you could only peek and not fire out of it.
what's this thing about the offshore account? Is it just a fancy way to explain how it takes a whole bunch of heists to afford a single gun or there's something else to it?
