I don't recall L4D or L4D2 ever advertising different playthroughs. They were stressing the AI director sure, which was fully implemented just fine (and moderately new for its time), but the PD2 claim is a flat out fucking lie. And one of the reasons I bought the game.

I was gonna buy this but then read all that about them saying it's finished, and I thought payday 1 was fun but incredibly unpolished and stopped playing after like 2 days.
Is this not worth full price? Might I have the same experience, again?

Not really a good excuse for cutting out a whole major foe before release, especially when the content ingame references them and bain even fucking mentions them with the assults start.

And you're blaming the fact that they have to deal with Steam's content delivery system, which is pretty well known for its massive patches for small things, on them? Did you even think when you posted that one?
There's also the fact that, even though there are indicators for 7 day heists, the longest heists are only 3 days

To be entirely honest, I wouldn't care if the developers/Almir were also entirely honest and forthright about things. Alright, Cloakers are fucked. Explain why. I don't call my boss and go "i sick no work today," you'd go more along the lines of "I have a nasty flu that's causing me to vomit and might be contagious, I should be able to come in around a day or two." But the whole point is a bit moot because between a fucking closed beta, open beta and 11 days of release, they still can't fix a single enemy. What were the new ones suppose to do? Interpret classic literature while using jetpacks to ram that stun baton in unmentionable places?
