They released one DLC pack for the first game, and had a free content update in the form of the No Mercy campaign. How is that a "History of paid DLCs"? They also said originally that they were out of the game to fix the issues with them causing crashes. Not just "Welp, they're gone." And I feel like they've addressed it more recently than that.

Considering pretty much all of the other AI was carried over from Payday 1, along with all their bugs and glitches, I doubt it would be too difficult to reimplement cloakers

I hope you guys realize the old release date for PAYDAY 2 hasn't even passed yet It was rushed out because people were complaining that they wanted it now Not to mention PAYDAY 1 was just as shit on release

Case in point, the only time since release that Overkill actually addressed the cloakers was when they said "whoops lol yeah cloakers are still broken, we'll get them out sometime idk"

Again, the game got release half assed only because the community wanted it so badly, that they released it that way. I am sure all these problems will be fixed in the future, which doesn't bug me at all.
