HRT are the lightly armoured guys who come in between Assault Waves. As far as I've seen, they come in several versions:
Police with Vests, FBI with Vests, FBI Agent in Field Jacket, or FBI Agent in 'desk attire' (what else do I call this?). FBI with Vest are the [I]vast[/I] majority, the other 2 variations are rare.
Police with Vest only really show up on Normal, FBI with Vest show up on everything above Normal, and the other 2 guys are rare and sometimes show up alongside the FBI with Vest.

Yeah, they created a lot more game-breaking situations than fixed too-easy heists. This only really "fixes" Firestarter, maybe Watchdogs depending on what you're doing, but causes a ton of potential out of reach areas.
Also is it me or do the formerly grinding players stand out like a sore thumb now? I'm seeing lots of level 40's-60's that aren't very good and/or barely know how to do the more complex heists.
All they need to do is to make it so you can't pick the bags up through certain walls/floors/roofs etc instead of line of sight style system for picking up bags.

It's the most unfair heist in the game. Not only is it Pro Job only, but there's a high chance that the other clipboard doesn't even spawn. In all the times we've played it, that dumb thing only spawned once.
It's also the most brutal if you mess up. I got downed because 12 Heavy FBI roped into the main hall without warning. Fucking [B][U]12[/U][/B].
Did it earlier and 2 damn people bagged all of the reactors. I quit when I saw that.

The clipboards always spawn for me. They don't just spawn downstairs in the lab, they can spawn in the actual house too.

I'm not upset with the recent changes to Ukranian Job, all it has done is made me want to play other heists and upgrade my weapons instead of spamming into c4.
