After update 9 I'm constantly crashing to desktop. Does anyone have this problem, and maybe a fix? It's happening when trying to join a friend's game.
Signs hint at overkill trying their best to set up heists so that they can be created more easily
For instance, the first thing I noticed is that there is not a single voice line unique to a heist, nor do the cast talks during the opening dialogue, it's all bain
(If you played payday 1, you might have noticed that all 3 heists added after release only had new lines spoken by wolf)
I kinda wish every job had a pro version like Ukrainian Job. Ukrainian Job is basically the Jewelry Store but with some of the layout changed and a different objective. I think it'd be cool to see each job have a redux version like that where its somewhat different. Like Watchdogs, could use the night version we've seen images of occasionally, and could be a job where you can stealth around or something. Have new layouts and such. Those would be fun. Still give the other seven or so heists we're supposed to have.

Instead of getting nothing, they should make more reskins like Ukrainian job, but from multi day heists.
It would be pretty cool to have a different objective in the Airport, FBI or Villa map.

It's likely because the engine they use is quite bad to be honest. If you want even HL2 level textures, it'll be like 10 times as hard on you for it.

Yeah but they could have reused at least a few. Why couldn't we want up to the Gangsters on Rats 2 and go "We're here for the deal"?
Ok so far I think i have most of his lines - the game randomly chooses ones to play in the intro so it's hard to nab all of them. I have a little over 2 minutes of his lines so far so i just need a couple more and we should be good.
So I decided to stay in the van in Mallcrasher and was surprised that it actually drives you, but then invisible wall happened.

Care to elaborate? I've looked around for information on the Diesel engine, almost impossible to find anything on it. Would love to get my hands on the level editor they use, I don't care how 'complicated' they say it is, I started with the BUILD engine damnit.
I just assumed they knew you were going to show up and are sitting ready for the first sign of you.

It's not impossible. But the boxes and the long wait time+huge amounts of swat do make it very difficult.

Also I got really bored while waiting for thermal drill to finish, so I killed everyone in Firestarter Day 3 except for the guy with the green hat that reminds me of Kaz. Results:

Still had 13 mil coming out of the heist so I guess the cleaner costs don't matter if you're loaded.

A pub group i played with a while ago just positioned themselves next to a doorway (there were three of us and a bot), i was in the server doorway (We were in the kitchen area), another was next to the doorway leading to the big open room, and the other was opposite him in front of the stairwell hallway. We got through effortlessly even when the power was shut off

My group tried to stealth the FBI Building. Once we were down to our last guard, we finally realised, for the first time, there's like 10 guards in that building. You [I]cannot[/I] clear it out.

convert cuffed guards and kill them, enjoy the rewards of an op stealth ability
If you are an enforcer its pretty easy to deal with all the fully armored swat units. Just apply buckshot to their face, its usually enough to kill them in one shot with most shotguns and always one hit kills if you got that skill that doubles your damage for 6 seconds after a kill.
I can't fathom how the other classes can deal with them. I mean all the assault rifles are crap against them and there isn't enough ammo to go around unless you are an enforcer yourself.

I tested this on that patch that supposedly added it in (2 patches ago?), it doesn't work.
What secondary would you guys recommend for the Reinfeld? Been using a Deagle with the monolith silencer so far.

Para, MP5, or Bronco/Deagle (without silencer mind you). Keep the silenced Deagle for stealth runs.

The AK.762 and AMR-16 make short work of them, especially the AMR. Other rifles, bar the AMCAR and JP36, deal decent enough damage to them as well.
I imagine I'm gonna be just too OP when I hit T5 Technician and get the headshot bonus, allowing me to take out Heavy FBI with one Loco shot (which is already possible if [I]all[/I] pellets hit).
