Maybe for a huge pro job, but otherwise that's just annoyingly difficult.
Welp my level 64 save got fucked, if anyone's a technician looking for some Ukrainian Job "power leveling" then add me as I'd like to get back to at least 40ish.
1. Ew 2. People will just start carrying bags around I could see this for a really difficult stealth mission where the loot is of extremely high importance, and the guards were heavily loaded out But for, like, FF? It'd be unfitting and bothersome
It was an attempt at coming up with something less restrictive than the 4 pager system. Currently, you can disable 5 people and run around without a worry in the world, or disable 5 and be fucked because there's still more guards out there that you can't dispatch.
Its hard enough trying to stealth the FBI office though given just how many guards there are.
Sneaking around there would be much harder than putting someone on pager duty imo

It could be a good thing depending on the execution but it'd have to be on a heist that was like, Overdrill: Stealth Edition or something
Actually, you can take out six guards if you can convert one. And if you have more masterminds who have dominator, they can each intimidate one and convert one. In theory, you could subdue eight guards without ever having to touch a pager if you had a team of people who can convert enemies.
If you're ballsy you can chance the pager blocking Jammer killing some of the guards.
If you're ballsy you can chance the pager blocking Jammer killing some of the guards.
You still have to use the pagers once the ECM jammer runs out. Its stupid that they did it like that since it should be blocking the signal from ever being sent out.
You still have to use the pagers once the ECM jammer runs out. Its stupid that they did it like that since it should be blocking the signal from ever being sent out.
It's one of those things where it can go from not being much use to being very OP very quickly
It's one of those things where it can go from not being much use to being very OP very quickly
Perhaps if they tied it to ECM feedback it would be better. You have to Ace the ECM feedback skill, but while the feedback is active, pagers in its range (which is quite short) don't go off at all.
It's one of those things where it can go from not being much use to being very OP very quickly
You only get a maximum of two ECMs anyhow. Depending on the uses of one of the other I don't see how it could be OP - using 2 ecms on 2 pagers could leave you open for error if one was needed later on and you were the only one with jammers However I do see your point as a full team of ghosts can go clear out an entire heist of guards, maybe if a limit was put in it could be useful to have jammers completely block pagers.
How would it only work on one?
I apologize for my possible stupidity, but what do you mean?
I apologize for my possible stupidity, but what do you mean?
He means why would one ECM only take out one pager in this situation? You can take out multiple guards at once.
Theoretically? Yes. Of course, it's also theoretically possible to stealth Firestarter Day 1.
I stealthed the first day solo.
Finally got Shaped Charges after saving up for like 15 levels. Feels good.

The trade off would be that it would alert everyone effected.
Or, even better, it acts as a EMP and just disables all electronics in an area permanently. As soon as the feedback effect wears off they immediately go alert, so civies will call the police and guards will try to radio in and such.
Don't know if it was posted yet, but what is with the half white/half black guy in firestarter. [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/1118305042974091319/A8B9278F506CB34CDEBE6C195F3D93EA7E0C576D/[/t]
Must be the lighting his texture shows him as a white guy
That's besides the point, his model is only used in that level iirc.
nothing is worse than going up to an atm to see a tied hostage on the ground in front of it, blocking the lower metal pieces from being cut by the saw. I either kill the hostage and get lucky their hitbox moves slightly out of the way or kill them for no reason.
it's used in every bank level, he's also in the trailer. I have no idea why he's like that
it's used in every bank level, he's also in the trailer. I have no idea why he's like that
To me, he is the mascot of the game.
So I got a CAR-4 and put some mods on it. It has half the Vis of an AMCAR. I can wear a Light Ballistic Vest, carry a CAR-4, and Crosskill + Punisher mod, and I'm still Low Visibility. I'm ready for when they fix stealth.

Eh, it's not too bad. And hey, it makes both Saws and Shaped Charges useful for the same mission.
[t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BS0zCxsIEAAOlNG.jpg[/t] [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BS0z3zsIIAAeiIk.jpg[/t] Two stage safes. FUCK
Really nice. Also the safe door looks protected against C4. If yes - awesome, techicians finally will have a use for their buffed drill. Oh and that room... Ukrainian Jewelry?
So I've not played since the Beta due to my crippling connectivity issues, however I'm now willing to give the full game a shot. What's new and aside from broken stealth what isn't so good?
Good, we need more variety in safes, a lot more. Why not one of those 'uncrackable' Franz Jaeger safes?
