Is there any way to make sure I got the CC Edition? The game in my library just says "PAYDAY 2", and as I got it for keys I'm slightly wary.

You might be able to check on the Steam account history of what you've bought. It should work on gifts but I am not 100% sure.

If you did buy it, check your emails for a receipt from steam for the edition you bought.
If it just says payday 2, it is the standard version.

you can get them by placing a file in your system32 folder

I hope cable ties will be more useful in this one. I love tying up hostages, but a majority of the time you only ever needed 1 or 2 for the entire heist. That being said, I hope the [i]hostages[/i] will be more useful.

I'm probably gonna play mastermind and I'd like to take more cable ties, but I have a feeling that it won't be very necessary and that I should just go with a different skill instead.
