It really is. Especially since the money you get from completing the heist is nowhere near enough to pay back the money you got from paying with your offshore account. And even then it's just a waste of time.
Sure, you still get some money and XP. But that's just silly.
It makes sense that you don't make back all the money and I don't see why people are complaining about it.

This has always happened, but I haven't seen it with a helicopter landing, so that part's new. It's happened to me about 3 times, all that happens is when you're halfway to the deal, sirens suddenly start blaring and Cops start spawning almost right away.
It'd be neat if the gangsters didn't turn on you when the cops showed up, but I guess it makes sense that they do. They probably assume you brought them.

Since you have a decent chance at finding a job you want, most people will only use 'buy job' to farm. I think OK was just being cheeky "yeah you can farm, for about 10 missions".
