They're just fences taken from other heists. They just didn't feel it necessary to take out the cutting.

Does Framing Frame always add more guards on Overkill? We ended up with 6 guards so we couldn't really stealth it.

Honestly, I'd go even more and say a cash bonus as well. It gives an incentive to go stealth, but if you fail stealth, you still have a fine payday.

generally when you film a scene, you want to stay on one "side." this makes following the scene much easier for the viewer check out any big not-shit movie and you'll start to notice this.

if you do this, it gets disorienting and the viewer may wonder where the fuck everything is because suddenly the camera is on the wrong side or something. the recent payday webisode was really disorienting at parts and the general layout of the episode was confusing because of their awful camera work, especially during that scene where the camera man jogged across the street

doing bank heist on overkill
during a police assault
finally get the vault open, guy runs in, grabs one of the money piles, bags it up, runs outside (in the opposite direction from the van i might add)
stands in the middle of the street, just shooting at the cops
meanwhile inside the bank, two bulldozers spawned, and downed the rest of us
this guy still just stands there in the middle of the street
we beg him to go for the van and try to finish the heist
eventually he gets the message and starts going around the back of the bank to get there
unfortunately he took so long to figure it out that by the time he gets to the other side, the bulldozers have beaten him there and they kill him too
I hope one day they'll ad this mask

I just got lucky during the pick a card thing, it's not from a special event or anything. Hell, it isn't even an Infamous-quality mask.
