One thing about the Deagle compared to the Bronco is that it benefits from the Enforcer perks that give extended mag size, while the Bronco does not for some strange reason. So, if for some reason you want to use a Deagle as an Enforcer (or if you combo with Technician and enjoy single shot weapon perks) then there you go.
I only use Deagle silenced when I'm Mastermind, other times I use the Bronco. But, I just switched to Technician so I use the Loco with the M308.
I'm seriously in a lobby with two white guys, a black guy, and some Swedish guy. IMMERSION

It doesn't really look like it's meant to be anything though.
Although, on Overpass there are a few buildings you can look in, and they're furnished.
It's just the 'lumber mill' that you see in the distance.
Being a console player on a game built for PC always sucks. :(
