Ludvig can you make it so the AK rifles actually have a sight rail instead of putting it far up front?
I think the real question here is why the hell you have a milspec scope on your loco
Just thought it looked pretty on it.
Just thought it looked pretty on it.
Its not physically practical for anything but red dots, scopes should be mounted on a sight rail attached to the receiver frame. Lot of AK owners actually only suggest to use the front mounts for iron sight replacements and like I said, red dots because it doesn't really matter how forward those are as long as they are sighted while scopes look stupid and it adds more weight to the front of the gun and the scope will move a lot more while placed there while it wont when attached to a receiver rail. There is a reason we put them on the receivers and not the barrels/gas systems.
Anyone know if there's an actual way to tell if the fence is electrified on Big Oil Day 1 without bumping into it? Or if there's a way to turn it off? Just curious.
Walk up to one of the cutting spots. If you can't see the symbol to cut it when you get close, it's electrified.
Walk up to one of the cutting spots. If you can't see the symbol to cut it when you get close, it's electrified.
Na, just walk into it; it's the only way.

Do the singleplayer AI carry bags yet?
Do the singleplayer AI carry bags yet?
They likely won't, and if they ever do, it's probably on the "do this once the game has more content, and is more polished" list. Go play with pubbies or something, geeze.
Ludvig can you make it so the AK rifles actually have a sight rail instead of putting it far up front?
+ the M14!
Wait what? It doesnt? Jesus what a fucking waste of skill and money
Why would I spend the money on a skill that gets disabled?
Solo is so lame.. not sure why the friendly AI is so terrible in this game. Even SWAT 4 had better AI's
Do the singleplayer AI carry bags yet?
You're dreaming mate.
Solo is so lame.. not sure why the friendly AI is so terrible in this game. Even SWAT 4 had better AI's
Bots are shit because they were put in as an afterthought rather than being planned from the beginning.
Fuck Framing Frame. We got 8 pictures, and on the third day we could see all of the gadgets in view. But then one of our guys fired a silenced shot in a hallway with no guards or cameras, and SOMEHOW a guard at the other side of the building gets alerted and calls the cops.
So how good is the Iron Man perk?

You can bullshit the pager operator several times and he wont give a shit, but one single cracked pane of glass and it's a full on shitstorm HOLY SHIT CALL THE FUCKING SWAT RIGHT NOW.
Why would I spend the money on a skill that gets disabled?
Got rid of it and aced Equilibrium. Now STRYK is unusable for me due to insane fire rate. But my Bronco and Crosskill are now more like pocket semi-auto rifles.
So how good is the Iron Man perk?
Very. The last one you unlock gives you 5 armor. The GENSEC armor gives you 10.
Man Mosconi + Bernetti is so much fun to use. Sure the Mosconi only has 26 shells, but when you're getting 1-2 kills per shell and most cops drop an ammo box that gives it back, well ammo basically becomes a non-issue. And if you do end up needing to take out a sniper or something that's outside the Mosconi's range, the Bernetti is accurate enough to get them down, plus it has an absolutely massive ammo pool. Also after much careful thought and consideration, I have come to the conclusion that Framing Frame is the absolute worst heist in the game and I loathe it with every fibre of my being. The first two days are alright, but good god the third day. It seems basically impossible to do properly and get the gold unless you somehow manage to assemble a team of stealth experts who never make a single fucking mistake and have all the good stealth perks (And good luck getting that to happen!). And if you don't get the gold, it's annoying as fuck trying to withstand the cops while covering the circuit breakers so the power doesn't get turned off. And you've got to put up with that shit for five minutes while Bain incessantly whines about how you didn't stealth it until you want to reach through that little earpiece he talks through and strangle him. It is basically the anti-fun.

Might as well run Rats and blow the lab on day one, get the intel, then clear out the bus. Quicker and more enticing.
Yeah microsoft ditched their "Pay to patch" policy for devs. It's just likely a longer validation process on consoles though so they can't patch it as quickly on PC, thus they accumulate all 11 patches into one big patch. it wouldn't be like those 1 GB patches either, because data on consoles is compressed.
How do you know so much? :D I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the reason. Clump 'em up because of validation time.
framing frame is one of my favorite heists
framing frame is one of my favorite heists
Same here. It's Rats for Stealthy people.
Framing Frame is by far my favorite heist. Out of 55 hours played, at least 15 are from Framing Frame. No matter how broken the stealth is, I'll always prefer it over "normal" pew pew play
I play Framing Frame like Rats tho' :v: [editline]8th September 2013[/editline] pop pop pop stealing senators art

If you're geared up for shooting though, it's not a good mission for you, just like how shooting missions aren't good missions for stealth specced players. Hell, due to us fucking up, me and dark once cleared framing frames day 3 of all the guards, without the police being alerted in under 3 and a half minutes.
Framing Frame is my favorite heist, actually. You do need a good team of people, but what did you expect of a stealth mission? I wish more heists would reward stealthing like that. You get over a million dollars of spending cash on payday if you stealth it with nine paintings on overkill difficulty.
I haven't done Framing Frame since like level 6, when we tried it and barely scraped through on day 3. Should probably try again now that we're level 50+ and have some good gear/silenced weapons.
Well it's basically the only heist that wants you to go full stealthy. That being said, I want Firestarters Day 1 to be more stealthable than it currently is. It's possible with 2 people, but it's way too hard. At least for me
