Request a refund from steam support. That is how I was able to get the CCE.
Valve policy allows for refunds of pre-orders:

So out of curiosity I emailed Almir, a dev working on PAYDAY 2 and I gave him an idea for a fast paced heist taking place in a sort of UPS Store or UPS Hub. I am currently employed at one and I can say for a fact that we usually have at least a minimum of 100k worth of items and or cash on site everyday. Most of it is picked up and transported away at the end of the day but there is a strict schedule of pick ups for UPS drivers.
Anywho I emailed him the idea along with possible random scenarios and all and he said he was going to forward my idea to the lead map/heist designer for possible DLC!
This game needs to come out already. :D

Alright since I'm horrible at all this tf2 key marketing and stuff, can someone lend me a hand with it? I'm trying to get a CCE edition for a friend and from what I'd gathered I can get it way cheaper off with TF2 keys.
