the cloakers only make the sound when they kick you down, and the sound is amplified by 10x

It's currently standing between using my last 20 dollars on this game or the sale. I've been looking for a multiplayer game for a while and I loved the first one even though there was nobody to play with.

Do what I did earlier. Go on tf2outpost, check who is selling it for keys, usually around 13-14 keys. Once you get a hold of someone who is selling it, buy some keys from the market, they are quite cheaper than the ones in game. Today I got Payday 2 CCE for a total of 18,2 Euro which was a complete steal IMO (Or should I say heist, huehuehue).
