To give myself something to help stop thinking about the beta, here are a few reasons Wolf is my favorite character (as quoted from the wiki):

I thought that too but I got it refunded because I realized I would have no one to play with and it wouldn't be fun
steam://install/218620/ lets me begin to install the game, unfortunately it gives an error when downloading the files, at least it doesn't take me to the store page so it could be a sign it's almost here.
