Other than your money that you were gonna get for your paycheck, not really. If say you had money bags with you in the 1st stage then in the 2nd stage where you'd need to transfer them but then you somehow fail the heist, the bags will still be with you.
Also, you don't go back to the beginning of day 1 if you fail the heist on day 2/3/etc.
