Yeah I know. It just gets annoying sometimes when night falls and you're frantically spamming v trying to find a silenced smg to start your epic trek behind enemy lines.

like can anyone post a full changelog because the one on the site is confusing.
Game is 100% unplayable for me, BSODs if I do anything besides watch the menu screen battle.
Oh and it still crashes if I do that. Sad, game looks fun. :(

Just tried this game now and holy shit it's awesome.
Hell, I'd pay for this game even in its current state.
I hope he implements squad formation commands soon, along with AI automatically forming various formations depending on the setting. Just seeing mobs of AI marching onwards just doesn't feel right.

Does anyone know if the dev has any plans for medics? I would see at least a limited revive and medic system, as there are instances where you get shot and don't die (correct?), required for multiplayer to be enjoyable with friends.
BF2-esque squad system would be very nice too. Minus the spawning.

It would be really interesting to see how tanks would perform. Say, add a few NATO tanks to one faction and a few non-NATO tanks to the other. Or just divide them evenly.
Just letting you guys know that the developer will probably add all of the features mentioned in the above 3 posts, although there will probably be jeeps, trucks, and inflatable boats instead of tanks. Mostly transport. Mortars or artillery will create craters and medics (AI and player controlled) can drag wounded to the side to heal them. There will be other goodies too like trench digging, the ability to set up sandbag walls, and attack dogs. Should be fun in coop.

Oh sorry, that's not what I meant at all. I don't think one should be able to spawn on SLs or possess AI teammates. I actually had meant to say in that post I'd prefer reviving with medics to spawning on SLs. I suppose it wouldn't be BF2-esque if you couldn't spawn on SLs, so pretty much I just want a squad system for online games where you can play with friends, not get teamswitched separately, see each other on the map, etc.

oh that will probably happen.
I thought BF2esque squad system meant spawning on SLs, as that's what differentiated it from BC2 squads
Beta 0.4 was released 3 days ago but I didn't notice. There's a new mansion base and other fixes, plus multiplayer now. You have to buy to get multiplayer but you can try out 0.4 without the multiplayer feature. Atm it's 7 bucks; the price will increase as bigger features are added. I'm too tired to make a new thread right now so I'll do it tomorrow. :v:
