i'm guessing 700, same as all the other ones?
First wing of League of Explorers is now LIVE in NA!
EU shat on once again
Bolster OP in Warrior challenge. (You can also wish for more wishes) [T]http://i.imgur.com/cLDWqQT.jpg[/T] Edit: super quick review for the first wing: Fun as hell, discover mechanic feels like a mini-arena pick which adds a tactical aspect to drawing cards. I wish we'll get more "survive x turns" missions like the last one, felt great to beat Heroic with [sp] ultra-control Warrior [/sp]deck.
The solo adventures are REALLY easy. I beat all three of the bosses on my first try with a normal zoo deck, and never had even a single moment of doubt that I was going to win. I know the normal mode isn't supposed to be super hard, but it would be nice to have them be just a tiny challenge. I do like the discover mechanic.
has anyone considered a one of of Summoningg Stone in Token Druid. It functionally does the same thing teacher does but with potentially more powerful variance. When I'm not in the studio I might take a crack at building something like that except I've always been bad at token Druid.
Reno Jackson is my spirit animal The art, music, everything is top notch once again
How Reno Jackson works with minions like fire elemental? 6 damage to a single enemy? or you target 2 enemies, each one taking 3 damage?
How Reno Jackson works with minions like fire elemental? 6 damage to a single enemy? or you target 2 enemies, each one taking 3 damage?
That's Brann Bronzebeard love! Reno is the legend that heals you to full if you have only a single kind of card each in your deck. As for Brann? It's been confirmed that he works with Fire Elemental like so: you do six damage to a single target! Fireball ahoy! [editline]12th November 2015[/editline] WITNESS ME [t]http://i.imgur.com/rX7MMJt.jpg[/t] This card is essentially your 'I'd like to win now' card versus any aggressive short-term deck.
i gotta say the discover mechanic is pretty fun
So, I don't play a whole lotta Hearthstone, I don't know a whole lot about it, so I just got Reno Jackson as my first legendary and decided to make a deck around him I got down to 6 health and played him and my opponent conceded Am I doing it right? [editline]12th November 2015[/editline] Also, anybody have tips for beating the heroics for a scrub with a pitiful collection or am I going to have to get better cards and tactics than just "throw imps at them until they die"
Heroic typically needs some very choice tech cards to beat them. Currently the three decks to beast each heroic boss in order are Tempo Mage, Inner Fire OTK Priest, and Freeze Mage. It is in theory possible to beat these decks with cheaper alternatives but so far nobody seems to have done the theory crafting for it.
Hmm, sounds about like what I thought At the very least I should probably stop throwing my Warlock at them, it's just that that's the only class I have a decent amount of options for right now :/ Those normal and class challenge bosses were so easy though, they set my expectations so low
I've made a reno hunter deck and haven't lost yet out of 5 games.
the second Heroic fight is pretty easy if you silence the rod quickly. the boss can never become immune and once the rod dies, it's gone for good
I'm really surprised they didn't put in some 'No, you can't silence or transform the Rod mechanic' atleast for Heroic. I mean, they banned Doomsayer from Rivendare & Friends.

blizzard seems to be quite inconsistent with destroy minion effects on jaraxxus
blizzard seems to be quite inconsistent
Ftfy
Been playing a very spell-heavy Summoning Stone Druid deck today, it's pretty fun.
Anyone know of good Reno Jackson based decks? Perhaps using Paladin?
Anyone know of good Reno Jackson based decks? Perhaps using Paladin?
I copied Savjz's Reno Warlock and it appears to work. Well I suck because I'm playing handlock for the first time, but the deck itself is good. I'm thinking about changing explosive sheep to unstable ghoul or sunfury protector in low ranks though. Link Speaking of Reno decks, it would be awesome to see a slow Reno rogue, "Renogue". Sylvanas + deathrattle raptor for steals, Reno + Shadowstep for heals, Anub'Arak as win condition.
Reno Jackson is exactly what I want out of a card. It's such a ridiculous card, but you need to alter your entire deck to get it to consistently work. Great design/10 Guess that logic could be applied to Secret Paladin, but eww
I had some spare goldens to get rid of so I managed to craft some armor related cards for Warrior and make a Fatigue deck around Reno. [t]http://i.imgur.com/GdeiFKx.png[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/ww3NSXw.png[/t] He works out but for the game I took this pic of I never got to use him. Other guy just steamed out and as he drew his Antonidas I got a lucky shot from Rag before it was Poly'd. [t]http://i.imgur.com/suM5GjG.png[/t] So I put it out as a BM/welcome to the new hit deck from the League of Explorers.
I feel like you could replace a lot of those low value cards and replace them with higher value cards. For example, it's bizarre you have a spider tank but no big game hunter in a long term deck.
Because I'm concerned with keeping curve and having minions to play on turn 3. I can't think of effective minions for a turn 3 play. and a 4/2 that kills big nasty critters is just gonna sit there until I have to either tech or not tech. And please offer ideas for replacements if you want, this deck is still experimental.
If you're VS an aggro deck, you can play BGH on 3 as a subpar minion. But in the control matchup, not playing anything turn 3 isn't a big deal and BGH gets great value later.

Aggro decks don't have a minion with 7+ attack. BGH doesn't have a battlecry in those games.
Guys! I just realized something! Imp Gang Boss' GAH, STOP YELLIN'! might be directed at the other imp cards. Do I have to? Sure, send the little guy! Yeah, I'll get right on it... Ugh, is this really necessary?! Am I extremely late on this amazing discovery?
