I just managed to draft both Dr. Boom and Deathwing in arena..
..surely this must mean I'll get at least a few wins? :v:
off to an interesting start
:excited:

Deathwing won me the game a few too many times.. topdeck sometimes, even. My previous winrecord was like.. 5? Once, maybe. I'm so excited right now
just had the weirdest deck played against me
full dragon control warrior...until i had a 11-5 on the board
he played leeroy to clear it
then he played emperor
then he played patron + twilight drake
what the fuck did i just face LOL
I'm currently rolling with Control Hunter ft. Sir Finley Mrrggllton.
Won a couple of games from the surprise factor alone.
Screw the meta, I'm finally having fun with HS again. :joy:
Man, every single deck I fight against these days is so boring to play against. It's either aggro and the game is over in like 5 turns or they play brann healbot shadowstep healbot reno jackson fatigue rogue or some shit.
I'd love "when the enemy hero is healed, deal an equal amount of damage to them" as a mage secret
Working with a Reno Ramp-ish Druid (based on that semipopular Hearthpwn one), and I'm liking it but I almost lost a game because both Swipes (the only dupe) were the last two cards of my deck. I'm thinking about trying out Starfall.
Thoughts?
edit: I'm also finding myself agreeing with Reynad for once: eSportal has no place in the game. It's a fuckin' stupid card.
Is Rhonin even playable ?
(I do have Anto as well, not sure if I shall dust Rhonin)
Holy crap, Nozdormu is my MVP in this brawl. Had a fairly even game but with the other guy's shade growing pretty scary, played Nozdormu, the enemy handles their turn mostly fine (but can't kill Nozdormu), then the turn after that I play Loatheb and Annoyotron. You could almost feel the guy on the other end having a bluescreen moment before conceding.
Something like that happened twice to me. Nozdormu MVP.
Don't mind me just going 1-3 with dragon priest because of bad draws

I don't think I've ever had such a 'love/hate relationship' with a game before this. The victories are glorious, but the losses have me screaming : "That's bullshit! I fucking hate this game!" at my monitor.
Also, any suggestions for fun Druid/Rogue decks? I've never really explored those 2 classes very much.

I can't help with the decks, but I totally know what you mean by that first point! Probably because a lot of things about the game are out of your control, like it sucks when you know you're going to lose unless you draw a specific card in the next turn or two

for rogue you can do oil/mill/deathrattle
for druid ramp/combo/aggro/mill

I think that's why people tell me to Owl over Spellbreaker, since Owls are cheaper.

if by combo you mean fon + savage roar then really every druid deck is a combo deck

I hate that feeling when it's opponents turn and they wipe your side of the board clean or hit you hard in the face. It's like your hands are tied behind your back and some guy is getting to shit kick you for free.

some ramp/mill decks don't run it
playing against an aggro shaman, I'm like "all I have to do is keep things under control until he runs out of steam"
he drops sir finley into life tap :v:

Thrall stepped gingerly through the underbrush as his Murloc guide bounded about in front of him. After several paces the duo stopped in front of an old alter that had almost been consumed by the jungle. Thrall stepped forward cautiously and reeled back as the altar came to life. Green lights began to pulse from the rotten stone as Fel Energy seeped from the cracks in the rock.
"Murloc" Cried Thrall, pointing Doomhammer at the tiny figure "What sort of foul trick is this."
Sir Finley's maw split into a toothy grin " No trick, rather everything I've promised. Here lies the power to finally fight against those who've kept you under their boot heel."
Thrall glanced back at the altar. Dark thoughts crawled into his mind, whispers promising him the same power that had doomed his ancestors before him. The same power that had turned the powerful shaman Gul'Dan into the darkest force to ever walk the planes of Draenor.
Finley, sensing Thralls hesitation stepped forward. "The journey to power is built on sacrifice, Shaman. It's one full of questions and decisions that you must ask for each step you take."
Thrall glanced down at the tiny figure. Something dark had grown behind the Murlocs eyes.
"And the first question you must ask yourself is..." The light caught Finley's monocle slightly, reflecting the green shine from the altar "Whose up for an adventure?"
Does anyone know the name of the music that plays on the magma stage? The one with the chanting.

No, but I found it, thanks though.

Alright, arena with 3 legendaries, blingtron thermaplugg and mogor the ogre. Great picks all around.
Thermaplugg isn't actually that good, you need to have already a board and something that can kill straightaway.
And Blingtron's RNG may always screw you up. Mogor is good pick though. Fairly good stats (and actually passes vanilla test) since BGH isn't much common, and that ability has a lesser chance to screw you up than Blingtron.
They're all terrible, I was kidding.

1/3
thermaplugg isn't that bad in arena because your opponent is most likely going to kill it with his minions, and if it's more than one, you've got yourself at least one leper gnome
My last 12 wins had a Thermaplugg as pretty much the only late game threat, and it's enough to close a game similarly to Kel'Thuzad in arena. If you have a board, drop him and trade, you win.
Idiot control shaman tried to do his reincarnate Kel'thuzard meme on me when I got a Lorewalker Cho from my a shredder.

I bet he really really regrets letting me win. I said thank you just to rub it in.
Got 1600 dust and have the necessities what legendary should I craft?
