Isn't the "deal 3 damage randomly split among enemies" a one mana spell? Seems like a double damage spell shouldn't have five times the manacost.

Overcosted.
When you compare it to Fireball, it's already 1-mana more expensive, and when you compare it to Arcane Missiles, Arcane Barrage is less damage-per-mana efficient.
Sure, you can say that deal 2 damage to two minions can be more important than overkilling a minion with 6 damage, but then we got Paladin's Consecrate which deals 2 damage to [b]all[/b] enemies and costs 1 less mana.
I'd say it should cost 2 Mana, 3 at most. Probably 3 due to how crazy it could get with Spell Damage. Just one Azure Drake could give it an overall damage sum of 9.

I mean the manacost would need to be 2 in order to keep the same damage:mana ratio, it goes from 3 damage:1 mana to 6 damage:5 mana which is a whole lot worse.

It's ok, but any and all cards that people think of that discard from an opponent's hand will NEVER be made official by Blizz.

Pretty sure Blizzard have said they won't do anything that affects the opponent's deck or hand like that.

Stealth AND Divine Shield? Man, that's gonna be tricky to remove, but you'll need to rely on buffing it to be a big hitter later on.

Meh. It's a Shade that you have to buff yourself but has the bonus of ignoring the first time it's damaged.

I assume Divine Shield would cost 3 stat points (looking at Scarlet Crusader and Silvermoon Guardian). Shielded Mini-bot (having Divine Shield) and Argent Protector (giving Divine Shield) only costs 1 due to being class cards. Now, considering Priest isn't known for Divine Shields, at first thought, the card was only slightly underwhelming since it has a condition (more than just there being another minion) to even give a Divine Shield. But when you consider that this can be applied to multiple minions, has synergy with Injured Blademaster, [b]and[/b] you can heal them back to full health, Whitemane...is actually a [i]really[/i] neat and fair idea. I'd love to see something like this in Hearthstone.
Bolt from the Blue is also a really neat idea. At worst you can't do anything with it. Get 1 Overload (which is probably the most common scenario) and it's a Moonfire, and since Shaman can't immediately ping with his Hero Power, it's nice. Get 2 Overload, it's a 1-mana cheaper Arcane Shot/Holy Smite. Get [b]3[/b] Overload, that's just super value. And this is with the downside of having less mana to use on the same turn, so it's balanced.
These are kinda ingenious, if I have to be honest!

I'm going to need a bit more clarification on this. So it takes the 3 cards, you pick 1 card, and it puts it on the very top, the other 2 cards below it, and you take 2 damage? If so, it seems...kinda underwhelming.

It basically makes 3 guaranteed clones of the same cards in consecutive order.

Okay now that's actually pretty awesome. It's like Gang Up but more expensive and has a better RNG aspect to it.
Imagine comboing it with Chromaggus... (Like, in either way, that card to duplicate Chromaggus or Chromaggus to duplicate whatever card you cloned)

Lets say your top 3 cards are Leper Gnome, Elven Archer and Loothoarder. If you pick Leper Gnome, both the Elven Archer and the Loothoarder are transformed into Leper Gnomes, so the next 3 cards you draw are all Leper Gnomes.
Also, does this card need changes? I like to keep Hydralisks basic in function but I'm not sure if the numbers are balanced.

To be quite honest, I can't really rate how a boss card would be like. You'd have to consider what the boss' deck would be like and whether or not it's "balanced" enough to where you can beat it in like 2 or 3 tries, or if it's on the Heroic level of unbalanced. That said, it seems okay enough; a Stormpike Commando is a 5 4/2, while this costs 1 less and has 1 more Health.
I suppose I can take the time to say I've made plenty of custom cards in the past but didn't really feel like showing them. But this is probably the most appropriate moment for me to show them. There are plenty that are probably unbalanced.

Hurrah for tech cards. Probably the most tech would be Sir Zeliek, considering there aren't that many silences, but I like the idea of being able to counter Silence. Probably sounds a bit cruel considering how sparse Silence cards are anyway, but because of that, this card isn't so useful as it seems. And maybe in a meta where Silence becomes plentiful, Sir Zeliek could actually be a nice tech card.
Thane Korth'azz can potentially be crazy. This is all assuming Battlecries pick random valid targets (because I think in the past, Deathrattles that picked specific targets didn't mention about random and was random anyway). In fact, looking at the Battlecries, perhaps crazy on the overpowered side and would probably need a different card text. From being able to draw a card on play and death, to dealing 3 damage to a [i]random target[/i], to destroying the entire board and discarding your hand [i]again[/i] (as unlikely as that last part probably will be). The idea of Battlecries and Deathrattles interacting with each other is something I'm fond of, but maybe a different way of doing that would be better.
Lady Blaumeux is also a tech card, but less situational than Sir Zeliek. Perhaps [b]too[/b] good of a tech card. Again, might need a different idea of stealing Deathrattles.

Continuing the trend of countering Silence, but this time with a class card. Again, there's not much Silence cards, so it's kinda below-average. Though, because of the potential value this card could have (re-summoning something like Sylvanas or Sneed's Old Shredder if you were in a control deck), maybe it could lose a stat point or two?

I was interested in the idea of a spell card having a similar mechanic to Bolvar Fordragon when I saw it. Heroic Strike is 4-damage:2-mana, so this card would need 3 kills to be efficient. Could see this in Control Warrior.

Paladin's got things to heal himself, so I thought why not have a Darkscale-Healer-like Paladin card? A cute but basic combo would be to have Truesilver Champion on Turn 4 and play this on Turn 5 before attacking. But there are other potential synergies like an Earthen Ring Farseer to restore 3 Health to everything, or Darkscale Healer to restore 4, or even a Guardian of Kings for pretty much full heal to everything (except for you some/most of the time).

I wanted to see a card that actually debuffs spell cards besides mana cost, so this exists. Also survives Flamestrike, hilariously enough.
I do have a lot more cards that I could show, but it'd be too much for one post. So how many of them are unbalanced? :v:
