As long as it's not Patron Warrior then I'm happy. :v:

My paladin murloc deck, any improvements you guys suggest? It's been doing pretty well so far.
run competitive spirit and divine favor
I just got Feugen and Stalagg from Confessor ESports on consecutive turns. Them odds.
Also, has anyone seen a working Rogue deck with Burgle and Beneath the Grounds?
I've never lost against a secret paladin. If they don't get board presence before the Challanger combo then they pretty much just lose. Oh no a 2/1, oh no you resurrected the 2/1, the horror.
This what I'm running as a midrange/controlish sort of paladin and it's doing wonders. There are obvious improvements like quartermaster and tirion that I don't have but yet but still I'm happy with it.

I suggest swapping Mukla's champion out for Quartermasters or some other replacement. Also, get some mustard for battles. It does wonders for early board control

Get some mustard before you battle.
Behold my current Control Paladin deck to get opinions on

Spider Tank is weird. Hypothetically you could replace it with one of the new 3/4 legendaries, but I'd probably leave that slot out entirely. Muster is better for early board contention.
I don't think I buy two spellbreakers + owl either, I think Shredders fit the 4-slot better.
And I would either double up your Sunwalkers or double up your Guardians (or play some different cards, tbh) because those make your deck even less consistent than it is.
/not a pro
secret paladin is the most annoying thing ever holy shit
When against my first one today
Doesn't sound like its that bad, but oh boy it is
Either you need perfect early control to deal with it or just perfectly out value them tempo wise to force them to hit into you
If they curve even decently it's basically GG

Not enough dust for 3/4 legends, and I need silences for the cards I'll bump into on ladder or casual, otherwise I get blocked easily.

Welp, I now wish cancer and pain on every shaman I meet in ladder.
Two fucking elemental destrictions.
FUCKING TWO OF THOSE BITCHES!

Shredder is probably better than Breaker because you want to fight for board and it's really sticky. 1 Owl if often all you really need, and it's less important with equality as a partial board sweeper (Consider Wild Pyromancer instead of Owl. Very strong with Equality). Shredder is pro-active for fighting for board where as Breaker is reactive.
Muster for Battle is incredibly strong, and should probably be in every Paladin Deck. 1 could easily swap out for Spider Tank. Seriously it's really good and extremely powerful with early game cards like Chow or sweepers like Equality. If you don't have two go craft them immediately.
What does Emperor accomplish in the deck aside from helping reduce cost of a few late game minions? I'd assume you don't have a Sylvanas so this is a slot to put in another Muster or maybe even a Quarter Master (this guy is a win condition, great with muster, great at pumping value into lategame recruits). Tuskarr Jouster is also an option, see below for why.
Guardian of Kings is kind of questionable as there are better healing options in Healbot and Tuskarr Jouster. Jouster is arguably better since you have the cards to win jousts and it's a cheaper body that can fight for board.
Black Knight and Facless are both meta picks. If you feel you're running into big taunts and big dudes they're fine keeps.
Dark Irons just sort of there, but he's fine with recruits and your littler bodies. Consider subbing him out for the recommended x2 Musters, 1 Quarter Master, and x2 Shredders.
If you enjoy Paladin Quarter Master is definitely worth looking into as a one of. Mark him on your list as your next craft (after Muster).

Yeah like I said in my post I don't have quartermasters yet. As for mustard I really don't need it, it's pretty much impossible not to have a board with this set up. I need to experiment more with the muklas, at worst they force the other guy to use some removal, at best 2 2/2's per tap with justicar.

I'll replace the spell breakers and try to see if I have a pyromancer. I do have Sylvanas, and I have Tuskarr Jousters. I'll consider removing the Iron if I have a quartermaster.
Thanks for your help broski.

OK, TIME TO REPORT, I love the deck replacements, far better than before. I feel alot less like I'm slogging through mud.

that power creep
Ice Rager isn't the best card, but I really don't see why people claim he's basically as bad as Magma Rager.
The reason Magma Rager is shit is because with one health, he can be removed by a ton of classes just with the hero power. Ice Rager is a fixed version of Magma Rager. Not fantastic, but at least it doesn't have the crippling 1 health weakness.

I run 1 copy in my rogue deck because it makes up for the fact that most of your hand is going to be spells and if you have no board and your opponent doesn't kill the nerubian, it's a body for oil.

I'd hardly call him a fixed version of Magma Rager, since regular Magma Rager still exists and is still kinda unplayable and objectively worse than Ice Rager.
Ice Rager is merely a sign of Blizzard's flagrant defiance to the notion of actually balancing cards. And it's actually kinda disgusting.
The only thing I don't like is that they could have just buffed the cards and we could have had two new interesting cards. I could see heckler being something like "Every time you play a card with battlecry deal 2 damage to a random enemy." It would actually fit the idea of heckling and have synergy with the +1/+1 for each battlecry card.
Not sure what ice rager would be, maybe something with poor stats but charge and freeze. I dunno, anything that's more interesting versus just a straight improvement to what we have now. Doesn't even have to be good, just something new.
Waiting for Dr. Blam the 8/8 for 7 that summons two 2/2 Blam Bots that deal 4-8 damage.

It seems a bit overpowered. Add "No random critical hits" and it'll sound good.

Ice Rager: 5/2 for 3. Battlecry: Deal 1 damage to this minion.
Evil Hekcler: 5/4 for 4. Taunt. Costs 1 more for each hero you control.

Magma Rager - Battlecry: Deal 1 damage target enemy minion and reduce their attack by 1
Ice Rager - Battlecry: Freeze target enemy minion
Evil Heckler - When a minion causes a Battlecry effect, deal 2 damage to them.
Booty Bay Bodyguard - Choose a minion you control: Target minion loses Taunt, and Booty Bay Bodyguard has +1/+1 as long as the target is alive.
Managed to kill a warlock turn 5 with a bloodfen raptor and a houndmaster
Literally nothing but dumb luck, but boy does it feel good

Those effects are way too MTG. Or at least you worded them exactly like MTG abilities.
Those effects are way too MTG. Or at least you worded them exactly like MTG abilities.
Is that a bad thing? I know MTG is a lot more complex and Blizzard doesn't plan on Hearthstone becoming too difficult with its mechanics, but I don't think those are too complex. Anyways, I made a secondary version of BBB:
[T]http://www.hearthcards.net/cards/c3948e7f.png[/T][T]http://www.hearthcards.net/cards/1295dbca.png[/T][T]http://www.hearthcards.net/cards/af8fd740.png[/T]
The goal is to emphasize BBB being an actual bodyguard protecting someone, which both card versions do.
And to better word Evil Heckler effect:
Minions with Battlecry take 2 damage when played.
[editline].[/editline]
Added a third version!
I think the second version would be a bit too good in arena now that direct removal isn't as common.
"I need to tech in BGH for all these Totem Shamans!"

Today I learned that you're able to see if your opponent gets Flame Leviathan from Gazlowe. :v:

But it's not power creep because people never used them anyway!!!
(Cue Ice Rager and Evil Heckler getting even superior versions like a 2-mana 5/2 and 3-mana 5/4 with Taunt and people making the same argument)
