Is that a bad thing? I know MTG is a lot more complex and Blizzard doesn't plan on Hearthstone becoming too difficult with its mechanics, but I don't think those are too complex.
It kinda is, considering there's no "Target creature" this or "target player" that in Hearthstone.
Should I buy one of the first wings for an adventure, or just 7 packs for 700 gold?
Adventures.
Save $40 and get Naxxramas and BRM. You will not regret it.
If you don't have many (good) cards, get packs. It's way more efficient Throwing away 7 packs for 2 competitive cards usually isn't worth it [editline]8th September 2015[/editline] Assuming you want to have fun competitively and not fun against bots
It's more like 4 cards since you get two of each, but you're still probably right. If you're completely new packs are going to be better.
Ok so I bought the rest of BRM and with net decking went through all the bosses, but I'm now stuck on the final boss and the netdeck Icy-Veins is giving me ain't helping. Any good decks you guys used or think I could use guys?
Murlocs
Murlocs
That's really stupidly vauge, I need tips and deck lists please. None of the ones I find are really helping. [editline]9th September 2015[/editline] Scratch what I just said, the netdecks failed, but my Mid-range/Control/whatever it's called now managed to beat it super easy, I'm quite mad/happy that I didn't think to try it before :v:
You don't need to netdeck to beat adventure bosses. Each boss has a gimmick, just make a deck that counters that gimmick. It's not difficult at all, just requires thinking.

For new players you can do all quests in a week by only playing tavern brawl. Just make sure you enpty your quest by sunday.
My daily quest is to watch a friend win a game via spectator mode, and the reward is a card pack. anyone willing to add me so I can get that ?
I also took a moment to beat all the class challenges. The deck they give you for Garr is more manageable with that guy than the decks I tried using. And after mopping up the class challenges I didn't do in Naxx, I can now offically say I'm caught up with Hearthstone! Until the next adventure comes out.
Next adventure is Ahn'Qiraj, it'll take ~40 hours to complete and you'll have to fight Face Hunters with a 15min respawn timer between the bossfights. :excited:
I love how I can fight hard to get into the 16's, but soon as I try for star 3 and then 15, I run into Dragon Priests, Grim Patrons, Control Warriors, and either Combo or Ramp Druids, as well as other Zoolocks.

[T]http://i.imgur.com/5NhA6ew.jpg[/T] I feel triple lucky for TGT pack, useful rares and of course Mr. Trifling Gnome.

I never thought I'd say this, but I agree with Reynad on something: Unstable ESportal is everything that's wrong with this fucking game.
Noxious made a good video about all the RNG lately. It never really was a problem before because most of the RNG back in the day arrived at lategame (Ragnaros, Ysera, Sylvanas) which could be played around aswell. Now RNG already starts in the early game and it's becoming staple in competitive decks too. How could you possibly play around an unstable portal that gives your opponent a random card starting from turn 2. Same goes for Spellslinger. Tip for this week's Tavern brawl: DO NOT summon dreadsteed midgame unless you want an absolutely fucked board.
Tip #2: Don't use Baron Rivendare. It doesn't seem to work, since I assume Baron's effect is auto set to On during the entire Brawl.
#3 Use Stalagg and Feugen!!
if you run the gnome/yeti mechs in this brawl, you can easily run nerubian egg on anyone as well, since you'll almost always get either a +1 attack or a swap attack/health spare part
Tip #2: Don't use Baron Rivendare. Since your minions already do that as part of the brawl, he has no effect (maybe they should trigger 3 times if his text was "Your minions trigger their Deathrattles an additional time.")
if you go with shaman you get to run reincarnate + ancestral spirit endless fun
if you go with shaman you get to run reincarnate + ancestral spirit endless fun
Kel'Thuzad + Ancestral Spirit + Reincarnate = 6 Kel'Thuzads
Divine Favor is a pretty bogus card.
Tip for this week's Tavern brawl: DO NOT summon dreadsteed midgame unless you want an absolutely fucked board.
go no fun mode and build a deck full of silences
