for some reason my game does this whole "Failed Initialization" thing a lot
i've tried reinstalling it but that didn't do anything

When that happends, i normally spend it uber fast. Altho i'm pretty sure rockstar will just remove the modded cash.

The money may be removed, just spend it on stuff before its gone.

if you report to rockstar that you have received modded cash they ban you.

No, the automated system bans you if it catches it before you contact support.

rockstar have posted that the automatic system does not ban you if you were not the one using mods and cheats.
everybody i know who has not been banned from getting modded money never reported it. it is also not removed from any of them people

I think there is a certain amount of hacked money you have to get over before the alarm at Rockstar goes off, not sure though.

Are you using DX11? I found that when I changed to DX10.1 my video drivers stopped crashing.
It didn't stop my GAME from crashing, but it stopped my drivers from crashing.

update your drivers it should fix it
After having played about 70 hours online I only met one hacker and he was just teleporting around spawning kurumas everywhere. But I guess I'm the exception?
was he giving them away or just for personal use?
I remember on last gen when the hackers took over, I just stayed in invite only sessions until the remastered version was released.
Anyone know the cause of the pixelation effect that occasionally outlines characters in cutscenes?

It might be somewhere in the 50-100mil range because I got over 20 mil from a trainer using douche and I haven't been banned or had the money removed (yet).
I think the system goes after people who have more than enough to sustain their antics for a long long period of time because I blew through that 26mil like it was nothing at all. With armor, ammo, insurance fees and car upgrades what I have left isn't gonna last long and there's still some extremely overpriced just-for-fun stuff I haven't bought or will be capable of buying without some serious grind time to put in.
Opening Steam Overlay while driving out of a Los Santos Customs freezes the game :(

If the game freezes like that, I've learned that you can just Alt+Enter, then do it again.

So how do I report someone? There's a guy flying around in a Hydra with godmode on his vehicle aswell as himself, killing everyone.
Their social club page doesn't show any report button for me.

You can do it in the "Online -> Players" menu when you pause the game.
All the hackers I meet are total dicks (except for one who was spawning flares up in the sky which looked cool toh), I kind of want free money :v:
