So some point in the future OpenIV will have a 'mod' folder which will act like an override folder, the ASI that installs with OpenIV will force GTA5 to load files from there instead of the rockstar files.

So i was queuing for a heist with my mates, to which i was somehow timed out and unable to join despite being in a private session with the other 3 guys and sat in the damn heist room with the host. After 3 attempts i get kicked out of online altogether and sent back into SP. This came after half hour of dicking about with load times so I'm not in the mood to be pissed about. SP loads up and it's Trevor on a walled freeway with no off ramps and a 2 star wanted level which turned to 3 stars immediately because fucking reasons and all i wanted to do was play online but i was greyed out because i'm guessing 'lose cops first' . So there i was with 50 cop cars on my ass and a helicopter which i could not shake, after turning down endless roads and alleyways a cop car would ALWAYS spawn a block away and I'd be in sight again no matter what i did. So i went into the damn train tunnel which always works except this time as i was seconds away from losing the wanted level a cop car came down the fucking tracks attached to the front of a train. It survived long enough to spot me and then blow up but thankfully I was not found again down there. For 15 fucking minuets i was stuck in SP unable to leave because R* bestowed upon me a fucking police chase i did nothing to warrant in SP which i didn't want to play just to waste my fucking time. I'm hoping it was just a freak coincidence that online was unavailable for me while i was stuck in that chase but no sooner had i escaped i was able to get back online. Fucking game does my head in half the time.

The [U]only[/U] way to get the dubsta2 is to get someone who already has a dubsta2, go on a certain mission (forget which one..), then just have him drive to and from mod shops until one spawns in the parking lot. I got one with the help of a FPer, but it took about 30-40 fuckin' minutes just driving to and from fuckin' mod shops. I'll be honest, it aint worth it. Just grind 50 races so you get Engines, Transmission, Turbo, [I]and[/I] Chrome, then find a fuckin' dubsta1 and just mod it up like a dubsta2 :v: [editline]14th May 2015[/editline] I don't even know if the dubsta2 has any special features other than the missing emblem on the grill, and the inferior spare tyre.

Oh yeah in other news, GTA V deep ocean is damn terrifying. I mean iv'e played tonnes of games with deep bodies of water and films don't bother me one bit. But GTA V and the knowledge that R* could have snuck a cthulu or Kraken out there because that fit's their MO leaves me on edge, i just went out in the submarine on an explore and i just noped out constantly due to it being dark as shit and all kinds of weird sounds. Sad thing is i was only about 10 meters from land. :v:

The best part was that, after I was chased back to the sawmill by one train and hit by the second, somehow, we still beat the mission.

What makes me most upset about how the Banshee is misclassified is that while it's very average for the sport category, I don't doubt it'd be serious competition for the Dominator in muscle, where it belongs.

Rockstar replied to my ticket about the missing uncle sam outfit. They said they can't give it back to me since it was an exclusive item, but they gave me $200,000. Oh well, maybe it will return this year.

Was sitting on my in-game couch browsing the web when a guy logged onto the server doing a mic check, and some 12 year old kid screams YO YOU SOUND LIKE MY GRANDMAW, NIGGUH. Also met my first hacker today.

I seem to be lucky as tonight i was bored and went session hopping. Can't say i found a single hacker. Yes, a jackass sniping off a building, yes some idiots driving around shooting people up in a Karuma, but no hackers. Course, that might come to an end as I've seen posts saying 1st round of banned people are starting to come back.

I just spent an hour and a half with pubbies trying to do the Prison Break finale and the fucking idiots kept getting lost in the prison so I (the pilot) had to continuously dodge the jet over and over and fucking over. I did end up realizing that the best strategy to that part is to just fly behind the jet plane since it's actually at a level speed, and that way no evasive manuvers are necessary. But holy fuck was it boring. And for 100k? After the time had passed me and another guy just left. I could've done 4 setups in that time and earned the same amount. Shit, I could've done an entire heist + a finale in that time. Yuck.
