I highly doubt that it's something that Rockstar can actually detect properly, but if someone gets butthurt about you being in a glitched area, they can report and Rockstar usually takes action. I highly doubt that you can get banned for using glitched outfits though.

One of my mates destroyed my car in his Insurgent, so i jumped into the nearest vehicle that was a news van which he chased me into the canal with. Had a pretty interesting ending :V [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uc6E__nSvQ[/media]

There was a guy driving around in a tank shooting everybody. So I got in my insurgent and drove straight up his tank and parked it on his roof. Every shot he took hit the bottom of the insurgent, causing his tank to explode.

Almost all of them have the Weazel News Logo on it. When I reported this, Rockstar Games asked me to restart my router.
