If you drove them into your garage then I don't know if there is any way to get rid of them.

Yeah the server-cide attributed to one player is definitely somebody's attempt at framing them. Just like sitting in someone's car spawning money on top of it, or spawning blimps on top of them. Their aim is to make someone they don't like look guilty while they sit invisibly in sight of the chaos, a buddy of theirs recording it with the intent of making it look like it's you doing it. Their hope is that if Rockstar actually checks the report they send, they won't double-check and will ban you for nothing.

i am not sure if i should get my username changed as i might be framed more due to the fact that my name comes alphabetically first in most sessions

Level 60 (the point I can start putting the shakotan parts on it like I want) can't come fast enough.
