To those confused about how cops can keep up, IIRC the engine power of their cars is variable, to about 90% of whatever you're driving, down to a point. This is why they're ridiculously fast when you're in a Zentorno but hardly seem to give a shit if you're in a golf cart. [editline]t[/editline] It also depends on your wanted level, capping at 4 stars. At that point they become insanely agile and aggressive, even the NOOSE APCs

What's currently the quickest way to earn XP?[/QUOTE] Heists are the best way of making real money and a lot of RP by a long shot, but it's not easy when you're new, and if you're rolling with random players then good lucky trying to get any kinda real teamwork going which means it's more frustrating than fun. Outside of those the most effective way of getting RP and money to start with is the San Andreas Flight school, gold medal the 8 tutorials and you get a nice income. Best of all it's in a 1 player environment, and it helps you get your flying stat up. And the instructor is funny too which helps. Then there's the NPC missions from Simeon, Trevor and others. Short-ish missions most of which can be done alone and net you good money and a decent RP return. Their effectiveness however wares down the higher you rank up. but should see you OK till about rank 40. Then it's just a grind or heist fest really. Lastly you get RP for doing all kinds of things, driving with other players will give you 200rp every so often for example. Evading cops, rolling your car, and when you do a death match or race make sure you 'like or dislike' the gamemode after for 50rp that one really is something for nothing.

Where do I find the pictures I've taken with the in-game phone? Rockstar really didn't make this shit user friendly. I need some of the pictures I took of my garage to make a support claim regarding the vehicle replacement glitch. My modded Sultan is gone and my Mesa transformed into a Merryweather Mesa.

I was driving my Z-Type and someone decided to go to their garage and get theirs, and we parked them nose to nose on the street. ... Then a cargobob tried to steal mine but the pilot lagged and blew up both of them and himself. RIP ~30k of that guy's money. :v:

Can I get banned using DLC Unlocker (.cfg) to buy a Dukes in GTAO?

I'd like to be able to get the holiday limited weapons, in particular I want that rifle from the fourth of july.
