When you guys report a member for hacking or cheating or crewkilling, I now have an official record of all the names and what they are tied to. So let's say someone reports ConnZombie for hacking. I can look on the list and see the FP account it's tied to. Also don't even think about deleting your comment or falsifying info on the announcement to try and avoid ^^^ once the purge is done because that'll result in instantly being guilty should a claim against you come up, probably resulting in a crew ban.

I load up online, spawn in, and a guy with a bounty immediately starts trying to kill me. But the idiot apparently can't make it happen. So I calmly stand up while he is still shooting and not managing to kill me, take out my rocket launcher, and bury a rocket in his hood. He respawns a block away and starts trying to shoot me from a distance as I calmly walk to my Insurgent and climb in the driver seat, shots impacting around me. A few minutes later he has gotten his armored Kuruma and passes me, then gets out when I turn around and pulls out his rocket launcher. I simply rolled up close, about three feet from him as he fired the rocket, killing himself. I love seeing people try to blow up the Insurgent without realizing it isn't so easy.

So I'm heading off from the city in a ped car to go to Humane Labs, cause that's apparently where Sultans spawn. On the way out of the city, I hit a tunnel and a $9000 bounty runs into me, pauses, then starts spraying my car with micro SMG fire, misses every shot, then attempts to run away. I sticky bomb his car once and he leaves the server. God the ineptitude of some players :v:

Man, I've been playing the singleplayer for a week now, and I've been having a blast. At first I thought I'd hate Michael the most, but it turns out he's probably my favorite of the three. Pretty sure the reason why I thought I would is because of a let's player I watched when the game first came out- due to missing out on a couple plot points talking over the game, such as [sp]how the Ludendorff heist wasn't supposed to end with Bradd dead, and how Trevor would have probably killed Michael to only share with Brad[/sp] he was much more sympathetic to Trevor and thought Michael was a twotiming asshole. The things that change when you pay attention, I suppose.

Can I use a .cfg edit to get the pack the musket comes in?

I love seeing people shoot my Insurgent with smg spray fire. I just sit there and honk my horn. Then they take out an RPG. Then they have to pay up $20000 for destroying it. :v:

I need a fast way to make 200k without buying microtransations.

I don't really know how to feel about player insurance. Like if a dude is fucking with me my only option is to gun him down. If I blow him up he gets a free car back and I pay insane amounts of money. It obviously feels nice on the receiving end, but it's probably the weirdest concept I've ever seen in a game to this day.

I don't mind it too much but then again I don't go around shooting people unless they shoot me first. Trust type shit.

Make players at 4+ mental state subject to an instant wanted level if seen with a gun out by a cop, and accrue wanted level 50% faster. Make players at full mental state accrue wanted level twice as fast, as well as subject to instant wanted level if spotted by the cops. Basically put psycho players on a "most wanted" list, and have NPC action reflect it. The more you're a dick to players, the more the entire world is a dick back to you.

Also I wanna reiterate how much I hate that the Homing Launcher is available so early (if even at all) because it removes all skill required to hit a moving aircraft/vehicle Like you're supposed to feel awesome and badass when you're in a flying vehicle, shooting from the sides and avoiding stray rocket fire, but instead I'm paranoid because at any second someone could just home in and blow me down. It really ruins the feeling that you have any say in how combat goes with ground players.

Honestly they should swap the normal RPG with the homing one.

Or have its homing capabilities be really poor to start, and level-lock heat sensor improvements that make it better. Stock it would be a slower RPG with slight guidance, and very easy to avoid if you see it coming. At level ~70, you can upgrade it to the proficiency it has now.

Or just remove it entirely because hitting a moving aircraft should be a challenge I shouldn't pay 2.8 million dollars for a Valkyrie to be able to get oneshotted by some level 5

Or add chaff. Why isn't chaff a thing again? Even military stuff doesn't have it. [editline]3rd May 2015[/editline] It's really stupid that nothing has seeker countermeasures.

I've bought an Apartment, driven a car into it for the first time, and for some reason instead of entering the garage it plays the animation then I spawn outside and can't do shit. Fuckin' hell Rockstar, fix your damn website. Can't even log in with Firefox because the Login button is unresponsibe. So I log in with Chrome, fill out a report on my missing vehicles, and when I go to send- Button is unresponsive. Fucking- I just wanted my vanished Sultan back, I'm glad I didn't get around to modding it aside from cosmetics...

Jesus Christ I just met the biggest fucking cunt during the PSJ - Bikes heist setup. The guy kept getting killed as soon as the heist started, blaming it on us, than one time he whips a grenade at one of the bikes than says we should've "got into his armored karuma" and it wouldn't happened. After we loaded in, he instantly runs back to the eye burning lime/pink Karuma and runs over the rest of us while over the mic calling us "Gay nigger chinks." After that he instantly left the game. [sp]How come literally every single Armored Karuma owner I've met has been a massive thundercunt?[/sp]

I saw Trevor using his phone to take a picture, actually using the phone and thought "god damn that's cool", yet why can't we do that? Am I missing something? Edit2: lol Re watched the first person trailer I thought showed Trevor taking pictures with the phone and not with the old view and grid. I was wrong.
