The returning player DLC is to reward people who bought the game twice and gave more money to Rockstar than most players.

That picture is pretty much what it does, connects you to a server, and lets you play with others with mods and shit. But i would wait probably 2 hours because were having some Jenkins build issues with Build #3.

there's a new glitch that lets you go under the map and get inside the parking lot that only appears when you win a race. there's a few other videos out there where people have gotten into the split sides comedy club, and police mugshot room as well. you basically just have to get lucky and see where you land. I send a request for an invite but it seems the crew is full. I'd like to be a part of it but sadly I can't promise I'll be available that much. (Plus I used Cheat Engine in Story mode to give myself some money so I'm wondering if I'll get punished. Today I could play Online normally though.)

You'll be able to post your Social Club name and FP name in the Steam Group (later today/tomorrow), as a way of keeping track of everyone and you'll be sent an invite.

Right after I had a $1000 bounty slapped in my face for no particular reason, too. :v: Only happened at specific angles though, and only lasted a minute or so.

I don't know if this was asked before, and if it did i'm really sorry. But is there much of a point to the SP purchasable garages in the pc version? Back when i played on ps3, it was fun spawning in the newly added cars, but for the pc version you only got the elegy. I noticed that beating stock car races unlocks cars there, so i wondered what other kind of cars you can unlock for the garages, if anything. It's really hard to find info about it, and i kinda miss being able to spawn in some of the vehicles.

Maybe this modding thing is just a temporary measure until R* can work out how to only block mods at a certain time/ of a certain type? Perhaps right now, they don't fully understand how it's working, so they've opted for a blanket ban whilst they try to figure things out. Working out how people are going to mod your game is pretty much impossible unless you make an API, after all.
