I have been scraping together bits of information all over the internet to try and find out how to get a dubsta2 on PC. It seems as though my only option is to drive around the city Los Santos Customs repeatedly during the daytime and hope to find it. I have found many other rare cars in the process including a modded Sentinal XS. The previous method of obtaining the dubsta2, driving around Rockford Hills/Vinewood, no longer applies after the Heist update. Now it is just a rare spawn at LSC. Supposedly doing a time-locked mission like Denial of Service (time is frozen at 12:00pm) helps, since the car only spawns during the daytime. I have found this to be ineffective though because no cars at all will spawn at any LSCs for me. EDIT: After following [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiixjT9nPB8&feature=iv&src_vid=MOlm1qVN21M&annotation_id=annotation_2725060487]this video[/url] I was able to get modded cars to spawn at LSC during time locked missions. I had to drive in from the opposite way of the road instead of from the airport, but the same backwards-facing trick applied. Now it is only a matter of time until I can get the dubsta 2 to appear.

You get a bunch of sheet metal workers with no money stealing scraps from work to weld on their cars and make them as obnoxious as possible. I'd kill for any type of R31 Skyline, this is my 80's JDM dream car.

To answer the question of how I choose colors for my cars, I try and consider a mood and usual setting for a given car and build around that. My Z-type is piano white/black, my offroad Dubsta is olive, my stealth-minded Voltic is matte black, etc. Stuff like my Tornado and Banshee are orange because I like orange. :v:

It was fun while it lasted though.

No really though I do hope they eventually add something similar to it, at least in terms of general construction. Large and low with a long wheelbase, near impossible to wheelie and very wide turning, but a new record top speed.

God damnit, every time a race lobby disbands I get tossed into hosting a session of A Ridge Too Far which is in the middle of absolutely nowhere and when I go to freemode I have to drive all the way back to the city

Does anyone know if there's a mod yet to spawn NPC's in singleplayer? Been fucking around with the director mode, but it's completely useless and pointless unless you want to make a video of you running around punching random civs.
