How quickly can a person make around 10k in Online?
Do Gentry Does It on hard, wait for at least one other player. Go to the mansion, take a car without causing a scene, hide, take it back to the dealer, collect your 11k.
Gets you a nice bit of RP too, so along with getting you some easy dosh it'll help you level faster.

Or just do it by yourself and get 16k for a bit more work. I've been doing that atleast once a day since GTA online came out.
So i've found what I want to do for the Drift challenge thing, but my GOD is it fiddly. It's a VERY tight fit, with no clear straight path, and a bit of a bump. I did it once by accident, and I just spent 3 hours trying to recreate it with no success what so ever.
Then I realized the car I was using had my name as the license plate, and it wouldnt have mattered if i did get it, because the clip's creators are supposed to be anonymous when judged.
Does anyone here have the dubsta 2 on PC? I have been trying for four days now to get one on my own but no luck. I would be forever grateful to whoever could help me get one.
I didn't know this existed, and I didn't know I wanted it.

If I had one I would totally help you get one.

You can do it twice with two people in roughly the same amount of time as once with just you. Driving back from the dealer adds about the same amount of time as another setup.
22k versus 16k, and more people than just you benefit.
Why not play a more challenging mission on Hard, none of them are really difficult and you get the chance to up your stealth and shooting skill
Can someone re-add me (LiFeFrogg) to the facepunch clans
I miss moments like this

IMO gang attacks are the quickest and easiest way to build shooting other than RDM (or shooting range with more than one player)
As for stealth... Fetch a controller, go into your apartment, click left stick to crouch, use a rubber band to hold the sticks together, do something else for half an hour, and when you come back it'll be full.

Well according to the wiki, it's only known to spawn in one area, and very rarely. I don't know how another person would manage to try and get one.
I have a vague idea of how to maybe encourage it. The game prefers to spawn things that are already in memory over things that aren't, especially when you are Online. For example, Police Cars will very rarely (if ever) spawn at a Police Station (Online) unless someone nearby has a wanted level or has called 911. This makes the police car load into memory and thus when you approach the police station, the game will spawn them in the parking lot.
So my idea is to:
1. Head to the area where they are known to appear* (Online).
2. Mark the location as your Online spawn location.
3. Find one in Singleplayer* (muuuuch easier if the wiki is to be trusted).
4. Return to Online now that the vehicle is loaded into memory.
5. Pray for one to appear. If it doesn't appear after a few minutes, repeat Step 3.
* Wiki says they are known to be seen around Hillcrest Avenue.
* Wiki says Dubsta II appears in the mission Trevor Phillips Industries, but may also be found at some Offroad Race activities.
Some extra advice: I'd advise to to try turning the traffic variety to minimum and keep the Dubsta II you find in a garage or other safe place. Multiplayer keeps the variety at minimum by default and cannot be changed, so doing the same with singleplayer should in theory make the Dubsta II ever so slightly more likely to appear. Keeping it in a garage or other safe place means you can return to Singleplayer and quickly force the game to load it into memory without having to go find one in the wild.
I'll try that out right now and see what happens.

I updated my post a bit with more advise, it may help increase the chances of spawning one:

I did the prison heist with pubs 2 nights ago and we got it on our first try with no casualties
Am I just lucky?
The dubsta 2 always spawns at the beginning of the Trevor Phillips Industries mission. I jump from that mission straight into online but so far no luck on finding it.

I've managed it before, sometimes you can end up with some really competent pubs and we usually end up adding eachother on social club after. Important thing to note with prison break is that if the pilot has never done the heist before make sure he knows he can avoid jet rockets by flying behind them to confuse them, if the pilot is ever dying in my heist telling him that usually solves things.
Stuttering is completely gone with 16 gb ram. Running everything at high except textures and getting 60-70 fps depending on area and time of day. Max view distance, pop density and medium pop variety. I thought this game was badly optimized but holy fuck i never expected my 560 ti to run it like this.
Edit:
Turned grass down to normal. Made my framerate drop to 40 fps if i went to an area with lots of grass at high setting. Is it normal to have such a big fps impact?
Is there any way to play the BMX user made races? I can't seem to find them anywhere and just hoping to randomly come across one doesn't seem to be working too well.
I have a Dubsta 2, I can drive it around to increase spawn rate for you if you want
How quickly can a person make around 10k in Online?
very fast
there are jobs out there that pay out 25k for 10-15minutes, just have a rocket launcher for any heli's and call Lester to get rid of cops.
I keep playing with 1 guy here from Facepunch , missions after and after mission. It's real fun, really and you level up & earn really fast.
My dad recently got V on the xbone, i didn't realize and he'd been playing with a guy from work that wasn't telling him how to play or giving any help what so ever, then he told me that he wasn't enjoying the game, so me and him played a few games and now he likes it, we were both enjoying it

The Dubsta 2 doesn't spawn naturally or in traffic. There is only 1 spawn point for it and thats up at Hillcrest Avenue in Vinewood Hills near the winding road intersection, its one of the modified vehicle spawns that rarely spawn.

You mean the Chrome plating one?
[editline]7th May 2015[/editline]
Isn't it just the same but default with Chrome plating?
You mean the Chrome plating one?
Comes as Chrome or Gold plated. But don't confuse it with the one that spawns in town because that's just a modded normal one, not the Dubsta 2.

Nope its the 2 model, as it has the blacked out bars and offset rear tire.

Here's a tip: camp the spawns for the ones outside of Los Santos proper. Too many players skewing the vehicle tables in the city, stick to the north half of the map to find free money more reliably.
Also a custom ratloader (the one I saw was yellow) can spawn near the furthest northern mod shop that sells for over 15k. Drive back and forth until you see it, nab it and sell it. Nobody really goes up there so you'll be uncontested and undisturbed.
Oh hey I got a Green Vader once, I didn't know it's a rare spawn and threw away it :v:
Just found a giltch on humaine labs~ key codes... I was pruning in the garage door to get cover suddenly I went in the wall and u der the map. We then lost because a team member abandoned the mission...
Well bad news, my method might not work after all. It seems the game might purge the game memory when you enter multiplayer. I tested it by setting my spawn location near a police station, driving to a police station in singleplayer, then going to multiplayer. Despite police cars loading into memory in singleplayer, there were no police cars to be seen on the multiplayer end.
Looks like the best method would be having someone who owns one drive around the spawn point until it appears, with the second best method being simply driving around the spawn point without it and hoping it spawns.

Is that a fucking ufo
Is that a fucking ufo
Theres like 5 UFO's floating around in Single Player. Modders just took that asset and can spawn it anywhere.

Is this Rockstar making jokes about how people kept doing myths and legends for San Andreas? :v:
