All mods out there are meant to be used in SP only. Including mine. Even if it's nothing else than a skip intro. In fact in order to use any mods that requires OpenIV, or if you use OpenIV, you will bet in offline automatically.

I don't know if you can have two instances of GTA V installed, one online and one offline, but right now it seems like the best idea if you want to mod or play the game with mods.

They've done that in order to (obviously) avoid kids ruining online, and Rockstar getting pissed off and fucking every modders in the ass as a result.

insurance should be reworked completely imo. while it still needs to discourage people from destroying personal vehicles, it shouldn't discourage people from defending themselves when a whole fucking army rolls in

for now just put a bounty on the driver of the insurgent, from what I've heard that should disable the insurance as long as you kill the player and their vehicle in one swoop

I said it before and i will say it again but GTA O should've been totally separated from GTA V. Using another folder, with another executable and a specific protection.

GTA:O is plagued by far worse design choices. Having to maintain two entirely separate games could get pretty costly and messy anyway, if they really truly cared they could've implemented a simpler system, something similar to Evil Genius, where you can place any modded files in a certain folder and remove them at will if you wish to, more or less.

When you'd go Online the game would just ignore that folder or any mods inside it, then they could just worry about the hackers or whatever.

It mostly depends on how the engine was built though, doing this might be harder than it sounds, but it would be miles better than what they are doing right now.

There's an exploit you can do if you have two characters that will let you. I'm pretty sure it's not patched yet because I did it about a week and a half ago.

It'd be great if it was just in the game though.

Doesn't really say anything about changing actual vehicle handling other than tweaking the tank a little bit.. He seems to be just fishing for downloads with that title.

I dont think its been patched yet (its been around since X380/PS3 launch) but theres a glitch where you make a second guy and level them to level 6 then when you get the last chance to change appearance message you disconnect your internet (dont press any buttons when the popup shows) then you get booted back to singleplayer/menu. Then you reconnect your internet and boot up online on your main guy and you should get the popup.

Did it about a week ago (give or take)

It plays when your stamina starts running out, so after running a lot usually.

It still kind of works, but you can't change your gender anymore. And if you do it, you lose all of your outfits :suicide:
