Now I can't help but wonder how hard it would be to make a weapon's price jump dramatically when you do something special with it, like killing a unique enemy or Alduin himself.
It doesn't. You could kill him with an iron sword and it'd still be a worthless iron sword.
Having one of those days where you spend less time playing Skyirm and more time going "WHY THE FUCK ISN'T THIS MOD WORKING RIGHT?!?"
*sigh*
What did you try to install?
Whirlwind sprint with this mod makes your character accelerate to high speeds like a car
I might nerf this but not too much
When I have slopes working you'll be able to slide down them too
EDIT: If I can I'll make it so tumbling down steep slopes makes you ragdoll, optional ofc

Somber ENB. It works, save for...well...this:
[T]http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e329/Chaos_Shadow2237/Other/Glitches/ScreenShot339.png~original[/T]
I have done EVERYTHING known related to this glitch. Checked mods for conflicts, made sure "bfloat whatever its called" was set to 1 in the pref.ini, downgraded drivers, nothing, fucking, WORKS.
driving me mad I tell ya...
An update just came out today for Somber ENB though so lemme see if that fixes it...
EDIT: FUCKING NOPE
EDIT 2: I seem to have fixed it by using injector version, not wrapper and get rid of the Optimus fix, which the injector seems to fix anyway.

I would love you for this
I wish there was an animation triggering if you've spent too much time in the air. It's just weird seeing your character jumping off a cliff and keeping his feet first and waving his arms, as if he expect to gently "fly" down and land on his feet.
It'd be cool if you could ragdollize the player and apply some sort of force to the arms and legs to make it look as if he is waving his arms, like other games like Crysis do when somebody gets knocked over without dying.

I know it would be hard to implement, but I think having this factor controlled by the level of sneak skill (or taking away the lockpicking tree and putting in things of an acrobatic nature) would be interesting.
For example, someone who has a low level in the tree for acrobatics when falling even short distances would be clumsy and even injure themselves.
Someone with high experience in the tree would handle falling with a faster recovery time since they would land on their feet and even if they fell a distance that would give them damage they would be staggered for a smaller amount of time and receive less damage from the fall.
I dont know, maybe it over complicates things, but I would find it annoying being a high level ranger who would just flat out ragdoll after falling for 15 feet. Especially high jumps into water would become pretty dumb as half way down you would start ragdolling and freaking out for no apparent reason.
Or just detect that the player has been in the air for more than 5 seconds and trigger the animation without the need of gimmicky perks.

Glad you read entire posts before replying to them, what if youre jumping into a large body of water?
"oh look im jumping into this body of water that wont kill me, better flip out and start rotating crazily in the air!"
"oh I am an experienced whateverthefuckiam, obviously I am not going to be smart and try to land feet first even if the situation seems most likely fatal!"
The ragdolling only makes sense for newer inexperienced characters or characters who are in heavy armor and do not fall often or have too much weight to do acrobatic feats.
That is why a tree for acrobatics or perks would not be "gimmicky" but a logical answer to the question of why a level 90 ranger wouldnt try to land feet first while falling.

Newer ENB versions fix this for Nvidia Cards.
Hmm. Playing Skyrim feels quite nice with a 360 controller. I bought one specifically so I could play games like Castle Crashers, but now that I have a controller, I've been trying different things.

From a quick glance, I'd say that many of your mods are malfunctioning.
79, 8e, 2f, 39, and 7c are the hex codes for the mods in your load order that are screwing up. Try deactivating these mods one at a time to see the culprit.

There are also a couple more I found: 91 and 05
I picked a bad day to get a clean install of skyrim and download a shitload of nexus mods, because the nexus is unbearably slow...

Someone needs to maintain a torrent or an ftp/something of the most essential mods that you can just extract into your skyrim directory so you don't have to do this bullshit

Little offtopic, but GM got banned again? That's sooo like him.
:(
anyone else have Falskaar and have problems getting into the dwemer ruins during the main quest? I can't seem to since I get an infinite loading screen every time I try :/

I'm not even going to attempt to explain

Happened for me with wyrmstooth, uninstall the mod, download it again and then a load the save before you enter the chamber that has the entrance into the ruin.
I'm just gonna keep posting these periodically. I know plenty of people play MW with MGE, but still.

I'm a sucker for Morrowind's terrain/architectural diversity.
Here I am thinking "damn, this screen came out great!"
And then I noticed the arrow...

I feel like distant terrain and the effects like fog look better than Skyrim.
I hate the "Quick Reflex" Bug... even when it is very funny sometimes.

Woo, someone else is using Seranaholic too!
Now your skyrim too can become an advert for Loreal, because you're worth it.

Seranaholic?

Controller works great once you get the hang of it. Took me over 4 hours though. This mod is great to use with the controller, doubles your keys by using one button as a modifier key.
