The Elder Scrolls Megathread XV: A Song of Ice and Draugr

The environment is looking pretty, too bad my character looks overly dark unless I use an ENB.
So I downloaded a mod that lets you make your own calling card to leave on dead bodies, this really doesn't serve any gameplay value but it's good for role playing, anyway the opportunity was too good to resist:

I'm guessing someone's going to make a "Ur a faget" version now.
ENB is for losers.

Looks pretty damn great. What lighting mod(s) are you using?

I usually only play with ENB off, I only turn if on if I want to take a screenshot of something.
Looks pretty damn great. What lighting mod(s) are you using?
None.
The only thing near a lighting mod I use is Imaginator.
Realistic Lightning Overhaul combined with Climates of Skyrim looks really nice but you have to look at the BOSS output to see which parts are incompatible
Well it fits though. Daedra like inflicting pain, spikes are painful. They optimize their armor to do as much damage to their opponent at the same time of protecting their body.
Drives me nuts when I see spiked armour; and this dude knows what up.
ENB is for losers.
I gave up on ENB on oblivion. Because the game looks much better without it, since the SSAO fucks up the NPC's faces. And I'm not really a fan of DoF.
Say, would there be anyone who has some spare time and can change textures in a Skyrim mod? There's a crossbow model I'd want to get in different colours but getting all the programs to do it is a huge pain. I know it's me being lazy, but I'm asking just in case there is someone who could do this.
Something I've always hated about Daedric Armors is that spikes = evil, for once I'd like to see someone make an evil looking armor without covering it in goddamn spikes.
The Dragon Priests look like bad news and they have [del]no[/del] far fewer spikes.

Now if only they were like this instead of mummified husks in the base game, they'd be a lot more threatening.

What can you tell me about that mod?
Dragon priest armour is made of scales, not spikes. Whilst not being practical it isn't exactly off the wall stupid. It's a realy cool design actualy. A shame that you can't use the design yourself.

I've said this before, but I feel as though argonians should get a bonus against bladed weapons, their scales probably aren't hugely tough, but I bet they're better than bare skin.
Argonians are supposed to have combat as their weakest point. There are probably some types of argonian with brute strengh and sturdy bodies... but not the regular ones seen in the games.

Isn't that the Khajit though? I remember their description said they were great sneaky types and thieves.
My god Morrowind has so much more/better atmosphere and level design than Skyrim, what happened :(
;41723533']Isn't that the Khajit though? I remember their description said they were great sneaky types and thieves.
Yeah, Morrowind char creation screen calls Argonians excellent guerilla fighters, efficient with spears.
I mean the khajiit are pretty capable fighters as well, though. I think they don't make good traditional warriors according to lore, but they're capable of martial arts Prowess I think. I remember in Oblivion there was that Dark Brotherhood target who knew some kind of bad ass unarmed fighting style or something like that according to the story. Either way they're one of my favorite races, especially in skyrim, the claws are cool as hell :v:

The claws in Skyrim are OP as fuck.
Most of the beginning of the game I can go around punching everything to death no problem.
Does anyone have a link the the "no more potato faces" mod for Oblivion?

Do you use any texture or LOD thing to make mountains look better at a distance?
Maybe he's using that one grass mod that adds a huge amount of grass to Skyrim.
I can't remember the name of that, that one guy who made the computer-frying graphics mod for Skyrim used it too. Anyone got the link?

Remember skyrim on release, I was messing around with all of the races while me and my friends were all playing it after we nabbed it at midnight. I was running around with the claws and punched someone, not knowing that there were kill moves for fists at the time, and I just started beating his face in. I called my friends over to my laptop and we spent like 30 minutes just doing that. Love the kill moves, especially the unarmed ones :v:
I like playing skyrim with the console command "teofis"

Also, me and my friend are having a challenge to not use fast travel. Pretty fun.

Removes the filters that get layered onto your game.
I always say I'm going to play without Fast Travel but I always get tempted into it after a while, I'm weak willed :v:

I thought something was off on your screenshots. Colours!

It's easier when you RP and don't just do quests.
For some reason the obligatory dungeon you have to go to in every quest is usually placed far away from the person you get the quest from.
