Ahhhh awesome
I love it when things just work exactly as I want them too
So light armor is shaping nicely, got a small althetics-related branch in the perk tree with all sorts of fun stuff like increased jump height (not too crazy, pretty reasonable stuff.. expect to be able to easily jump over fences or maybe onto roofs if you are good at jumping on things!), to my favorite perk I've done so far for light armor where if you hold the activated key (defualt E) while sprinting, time slows down around you at the cost of a large stamina drain. It's pretty cool, perfect for getting distance which is important with light armor if you get swarmed. Also makes you feel like a total badass as you flash around people.
Also got a perk that'll give a chance to slow down time when people attack you while you are in a defensive-state (activated by holding a button/action I've yet to determine), letting you basically dodge.
So someone attacks you, you got a 50% chance or so for a dodge event to happen. When it happens, time will very breifly slow down a lot but you'll stay the same (maybe even move faster?) letting you dodge yourself. It'll be pretty bad-ass, basically like Quick Reflexes but on steroids and for when you aren't blocking. It'll go well with the parry ability you can do in one handed, making so you can avoid blocking all together if you are good about it.
Might end up changing it a bit though. Could also make it so you simply move fast when you tap a key during an enemy's attack. So the enemy attacks, you tap the key at the right moment (maybe "activate" again?) and then it'll do the dodge in the direction you are moving? Or make it so it does what I was planning on originally doing, a very brief time slow when you activate it during an enemy's attack.
have you considered a quick-dodge type move, a la chivalry's man-at-arms?

Reminds me of Third Era Attributes' dodging system.
;41749371']Well, after hunting down about 800 mages and 700 other humanoid beings, my character came to the conclusion that magic won't stop until the sources of it are extinguished. Therefore the current hitman list of my brave divine anarchist is, in this order, the following:
- Daedra
- Nine Divines
- Altmer
- Bretons
- Dunmer
- Imperials
- Argonians
- Bosmer
Orcs, Redguards, Nords and Khajit are still kind of hanging in-between of being spared and being subjected to this holocaust as Orcs aren't the best magic users, Redguards despise it along with most Nords and Khajit aren't that much into magic either, barring a few exceptions. Mostly Redguards and Orcs though. So yeah, she's planning to kill 90% of Nirn. Now, here the issues begin. Nords and Orcs worship Talos and Malacath respectively, which my character hates. So that's Orcs and Nords being on the very verge of extinction. Khajits have a slightly altered variation of the Divines but they don't seem to be overly keen on practicing magic. Redguards is obvious and Dwemer tried to be rational. Had they not disappeared, there could've been a chance my character might've actually spared them despite being avid magic users...though the more likely outcome would've been the present; no dwarf to be found.
Just go after Magnus, and that's all. You'd have to fly into the sun, but the source is the best place to strike.
Or just fly a space fish and blow up the universe.

And / or contrast.
It can easily be corrected by not restricting the palette in the first place

then once they saw me, they climbed up onto their pedestals and froze
i never shut the game down so fast in my life

Man I love that quest update sound, that alone makes me want to play Oblivion.
Got Skyrim: Legendary Edition during the sale, and just now installing. I beat it on Xbox when it was released but was done with it because vanilla just gets boring to me.
I have a strange feeling hundreds of hours will be spent playing the PC version.
So I just tried out some ENB presets.
Holy fuck this is bad. Somber makes some dungeons fucking dark (even with torches), and ENB in general is fucking horrible at DOF, especcially in dungeons. Everywhere there are blurred out objects, even when you directly look at them, and stand in front of them. it looks so bad it's not even funny.
Currently settled with realvision with DoF disabled.
Wow I never really used the nexus mod manager, and when I did I still installed mods manually but it is actually so good, installing mods with it is so quick and easy.
Installing mods is quick and easy if you do it manual as well. 80% of all mods are simply copy and paste into your Data/ folder.

I like having things organized and easily accessible while looking easy to understand. I don't even want to look at my data folder, I just imagine it to be a huge garbage dump.
One minute I hate skyrim the next I love it, Oh man the elder scrolls curse has taken it's toll now I have to reinstall
this happened to me once
was in my house moving items around, then i think i see something moving
i look around and nothing, there wasnt anything there
i keep doing my stuff and then i hear footsteps
i got kinda creeped out, looked around again and i think i see the mannequin's head move for a split second
ok im definitely imagining things
i finish moving my items, i look at the mannequin and he's not there
ok what the fucking fuck is going on oh god
i turn around and the mannequin is there, behind me
closed the game fast.

What is this a creepypasta.
So I was taking random photos of my werewolf and I liked how these 2 turned out:

One time I opened the door to my house and the mannequin was right in the doorway, nose to nose with me
I jumped out of my chair so quickly

Does anyone know why Economics of Skyrim is "no longer supported"?
You can get it here: http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/files/file/242-economics-of-skyrim/
There is also this alternate mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34612//?
The modder quit modding, basically lost interest. For some reason, this made him want to remove his mods. I guess he was getting too many emails about the mod or something, and would rather just take it down.
[editline]8th August 2013[/editline]
Sad because Economics of Skyrim is basically required in my eyes, it makes the value of items and the entire economy system in the game actually good. The alternate mod doesn't do much but just adjust prices depending on racial factors, friend factors, etc... while economics of skyrim would dynamically make certain items worth more in certain areas of the world and made it possible to actually be a tradesman. Stuff like gems and etc were all worth a lot more and were rarer and a bunch of other stuff that made "rare" items actually valuable.
That's not good to hear. Does the mod still function?
I heard there are glitches in the mod or... something, so I use Trade and Barter
Still it's worth mentioning that the time I used Economics in Skyrim I never noticed anything wrong so I might just get it again, I dunno
