So I tried editing my economy in-game with some mods. Long story short, everything has a lower value now and I only sell stuff for 1/10 of the actual value and so far I'm loving it.

So my game except they don't sell Iron Gauntlets for 4000 septims and buy Ebony Armor for 24 septims.

Any one have the mod that will take you out of fast travel and have random encounters so it seems more like you walked and hit fast forward?

That's actually a decent looking atronach. The rest of the characters look silly though.

Is it just me or does no one sell health potions in Morrowind? If I'm lucky, they'll have a total of 2 bottles in stock.

Apothecaries in shitty parts of town usually have shittier selections. Enchanters also usually carry regen scrolls. Temples, guilds, and forts will also have more of that stuff if you have access to them. But they're not really intended to be commonly available.
