I think these issues largely arise from modders being uninformed about these things, and to be fair things like this are easy to miss even if you are knowledgeable on the subject . The best course of action would probably be to tell them about it on their mod page comments or message them or something.
Well, that is true, I though that USKP was in the Top 5 mod, but no really :v:
People like big butts more than a bug free (hah) game.
Edit: Seriously, these mod should be on the main page in bright red, and the NMM should make alarm noise if you don't have it :v:
I'll be streaming Creation kit. If you have any questions or want to see the development process of making a dungeon then come by and check us out :D

I'll edit this post when I'm done.
EDIT: Done streaming. Here is the VoD: http://www.twitch.tv/wheeze202/b/401204365
Still having growing pains with ENB. Here is a shot of a video I recorded.
But like 10-15 feet from this spot all the vegetation looks silly so I think I'm going to spend time looking for ideal locations for whiterun and then shoot instead of spending lodes of more time editing it.
Yes I cropped it to fit the frame better.

That looks nice and pretty, then you remember that's whiterun and shouldn't look like that at all :v:
My skyrim in general shouldn't look like it does :v:
I feel like a dunce. It appears that for my Guilds requirements mod, trying to discover how many sidequests for a faction the PC had completed didn't work as a quest starter, only on character interaction based on that quest. This will have obviously caused problems... :v:
W-why are you n-not using SkyUI?
There is an extremely rare case that sometimes appear where some people actually don't like something good... or just don't want to download SKSE.
SkyUI is massively overrated. I use Vanilla, I think it looks good and there are a few mods which sort out some of the "designed for a controller" issues. The only good thing about SkyUI is MCM. Thank goodness one of the developers made SkyUI-Away.
I hate when people do that(Every single mods that don't even use fixes from USKP):
What exactly am i looking at here that i shouldnt do?

Yes it IS overated as being perfect which it isn't, but it's a hell of a lot better then Vanilla.

It's also the only one we have because UI mods are hard and expensive to make. Most other UI mods are either the equivalent of moving UI pieces around or are based on code released by the SkyUI team.
I've never had a problem with vanilla, which is why I still use it.

Not using the Unofficial patches when making a mod that edit vanilla items.
w-why are you n-not using SkyUI
Funny. I've been playing Skyrim for as long as I remember but I have never used a UI mod.
Only UI mod I've used.
Not using the Unofficial patches when making a mod that edit vanilla items.
So what exactly was changed?
I think its honestly worse to force users to use the unoffical patch just to use your mod, since there are going to be way more people who don't have it than who do.
Unless this just doesn't work like that, I don't know. I've been avoiding editing vanilla items because I know it causes compatibility headaches that are avoidable.
If I ever need to edit any vanilla items, I usually do it myself.
can i get a link to skyUI? ive been meaning to install it and im sick of the vanilla "im a poopy Shit ass-babuy" interface

Actually, when you use USKP for making a mod, it's not added as a master, so it's not a problem.
The only "issue" is that some weapon will behave correctly, some don't. But If you instal the Patches, then the issue would be gone. It's a win-win really
Has anybody else noticed Marked For Death absolutely terrorises high-level enemies? What's up with that?
The Divines are cruel:

I named him Irving Potato.
what's he wearing?
what's he wearing?
He's wearing a dark green shirt that coincidentally looks like a potato bag.
I'm really starting to hate the immersive weapons mod. It's pretty much a pack by a guy who just made a few weapons, but ended up including stuff from other developers. Most of these developers pretty much give up on their original mods, meaning that you need IW if you want future patches for those weapons. The pack is convenient to other modders because they just have to make patches for IW instead of all the individual mods this adds for me, but this means that they release a patch that I don't know if will work if I have downloaded just some of the weapon mods individually. It's like he's making this one universal mod which eliminates localization.
My problem is that I like to download just some mods individually, but I don't want lots and lots of impractical-looking, lore unfriendly, badly designed and ridiculous weapons with conflicting art styles. (Searching for those links was a pain in the ass, because while giving credits to the authors, the creator of the pack didn't bother adding the links to those mods!)

I feel the same about the Immersive Armors mod. I feel alot of the armor just plain don't look right, like some of them are just retextures(*cough*vikingarmor*cough*), and others are frankenstein's armors.
That, and I don't like how some of the armor replaces the vanilla outfits, like that one captain from Windhelm.
At least the armors from that pack was made (or frankensteined together) by the original author instead of pretty much replacing other people's mods, but I do agree with the whole thing with leveledlists being changed in the mod. It eliminates the discussion of "if you don't want some content, don't use it", because NPCs will now randomly use it.
Hmmm... I don't get why there are so many Frankenstein armours. Wouldn't it be easier to model some simple armours?

i really want this too.
but i guess in the modders eyes it doesn't look unique enough

I'd be easy to make some, but extremely hard to make them look good. Also, just frankensteining stuff together seems way easier than starting from scratch with something.
