Nope. Bonewalkers, Ash Zombies, and Corpus Stalkers would like to have a word with you. [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/Mor1.png[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/mor2.png[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/mor3.jpg[/t] These things are the reason I never beat Morrowind as a kid. Just fucking imagine walking around at night and SOME FUCKING DUDE WITH HIS FACE RIPPED OUT COMES CLAWING AT YOU. I was just a kid, man
Fuck. I knew I had forgot something. Then again, I spent most of the time in Morrowind pissing about with the guild storylines and all its intricacies.
Morrowind without a doubt has the scariest moments and atmosphere in TES. The ash creatures especially, running into those in the darkness is always awful.
Also Morvayn Manor. The fucking Morvayn Manor.
Do we have any information as to how the Thalmor are run? Names of governors or something? I've been looking, but everything seems to be "THEY EVUL AND THAT ALL YOU NEED KNOW"
Eh, ES:O pparently has the original leader of the Thalmor as faction leader, but its not really that interesting.
Can someone who has the hi-res dlc upload the male and female normal maps for, orcs, bretons, old people, khajiits and argonians? I need them for reasons, also my internet is crap and I don't really plan on using the hi-res textures. I'm going to play around with them.
As demonstrated by that tree, things don't really slow down like they should from collision. Gonna see if I can fix that by checking how much my position is changing vs how much I expect it to.
this is great. for lots of pages I've seen you talking about slopey slope, but here it is! it's awesome man
I'm going to release a beta including a config feature later today so you can all be [del]my bitches[/del] nice people and fine tune it for me
Man, modding this game really is a crapshoot no matter what, isn't it? Just did a fresh install of the game, got rid of ENB...still getting 1-2 second freeze ups every minute or so. Can't win :v:

Unfortunately I'm not sure if there's a way to limit the speed of that.
Ash creatures scariest TES creatures [t]http://morroblivion.com/files/FACES.jpg[/t] [editline]18th August 2013[/editline] also Pelagiad Skywind vid
You know, that's kinda creepy because it shows that those heartstones that everyone is rather blasé-ly playing with in Dragonborn are the method by which Dagoth Ur was creating his greater ash creatures
found this on nexus lol [t]http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/mods/images/22616-1-1361815299.jpg[/t] [editline]LOL[/editline] "The Hirelings" - new boyband coming to Skyrim, check with your local jarl for bookings and tour info
To be fair the Thalmor were never really a huge part of the story in any of the games. They're part of the lore, but not the story. Maybe in TES:O or even TES:VI they'll have a more prominent presence in the series and be explained in further detail.
They should've at least made some Thalmor DLC I mean come on they make us hate the Thalmor and then just leave us hanging why beth why
They should've at least made some Thalmor DLC I mean come on they make us hate the Thalmor and then just leave us hanging why beth why
To be fair they then went on to fund Dishonored which was a much better game than Skyrim despite being only 5-10 hours long (depending on how good you are)
They should've at least made some Thalmor DLC I mean come on they make us hate the Thalmor and then just leave us hanging why beth why
Because; BethSoft. Why hire more writers when we could be making a buggier engine! Joking aside, I do agree. I wish they could have focused some more lore on the Thalmor, since coming in as a newby with Morrowind and Oblivion, I had no clue who they were when Skyrim hit my HDD. I kinda wish the Ayleids had atleast small ruins in the southern portion of Skyrim, too, since they were so prevalent in Oblivion. (Which I finally got working for those having similar issues. Apparently the engine doesn't like dual monitors, so I have to turn my second off whenever I play.) To me, that would atleast give some sense behind them wanting the cold tundra that is the Nords' kingdom.
Speaking of Lore, anyone watching this series? It's of very high quality.
im not sure what to expect with that thumbnail
Don't judge it by the thumbnail. Its not even video, it is narration with images made to represent pieces of Elder Scrolls History. Its a great series.
Speaking of Lore, anyone watching this series? It's of very high quality.
This just reminded me of the chills I get every time I hear Oblivion's main theme. I mean I liked Skyrim's and all... but nothing says "oh boy you're about to go do some epic shit today" like that one :v:
im not sure what to expect with that thumbnail
I noticed that. Gotta attract viewers somehow
Some other guy handles the images. Poorly.
Speaking of Lore, anyone watching this series? It's of very high quality.
I hate the damn filter he use in the video.
I seem to have encountered an issue with the Imperial "Battle for Whiterun" quest. Everyone's just standing around as Balgruuf is preparing to give his speech and nothing's happening. Killing Irileth seems to fix it for some reason. Anyone one else had this happen before?
okay so im reinstalling oblivion and playing it completely vanilla (besides aesthetics and texture packs/character mods) what can i install to increase performance in oblivion
For me I only have a few Mods for Oblivion. Character Overhaul, Unofficial Patches, A couple bug fixes and a custom UI. No performance mods and it runs fine. What kind of performance do you experience in Oblivion?
I've always been under the impression that Akavir was in some kind of ruin and it's people no longer around, since there is barely any info on it in game. Is that wrong?

^ what mods are you using
The main ones I'll guess at are the OBGE Shaders, Qarl's Texturepack, The new Oblivion Face mod, and Vibrant Weathers. [editline]oh[/editline] Well, I wasn't wrong.
I've always been under the impression that Akavir was in some kind of ruin and it's people no longer around, since there is barely any info on it in game. Is that wrong?
Akavir is a continent similar to Tamriel, with its own races. If they did all die out, I don't think it has been mentioned.
So someone i know created a thing and then hid it in their brothers bed:
That holds true for Atmora
iirc a devastating epidemic drove the 500 to settle in Skyrim and nothing has been heard from it since so it's up in the air more as an addendum than a counterpoint
