That's got more stuff on it than a Christmas tree!
Know what's delicious? You can marry Sylgia in Shor's Stone, have her mother, Annekke Crag-Jumper, become your follower. So you can stromp around Skyrim with your mother-in-law. I wonder if she knows her daughter is into ladies. That might make things awkward.
But it gets better. You can then make Annekke your steward with Hearthfire and move both her and her daughter, who's your wife into a mansion. Maybe mod in a three-person bed, if you know what I mean or just roleplay it. And all the while Annekke's husband is still hitting rocks in Darkwater Cross, not realising the full extent of his cuckolding.
Ahh, it's the evils of love that hurt the most, but bring the most joy to sinister people.
Friend and I were messing around the other night on Oblivion. Made this monstrosity and forgot to take a screenshot, so he used his shitty phone camera to take a picture.
Oblivion's Ronald McDonald strikes again.

Well, I made a video where I installed 6 different random encounters/ NPC mods and trekked from Windhelm to Falkreath, and I don't know if I like it. The whole thing is a lot chiller than I expected (not helped by the fact that the only music I had that fit the video's length was This Will Destroy You), and not a whole lot happens commentary-wise, but it has its moments. I think it shows off what I meant to show off well but I just don't know if I like it or not. I'll upload it and post in in here I guess.
Gods I really fucking hate taking forts. Loading quicksaves over and over and over again really ruins immersion.
I wish there was a fun way to die in this game. There is a mod that makes it so you become a ghost and after 30 seconds you can reappear, but all your items are still on the old body, you have to go back and get them. You also gain an injury, some injuries slow you, others make you regen less, they last 5 minutes.
But this mod felt cheap, because you could just slowly wear down the enemy and it just ended up being less fun than reloading saves.
Hmmm... I don't get why there are so many Frankenstein armours. Wouldn't it be easier to model some simple armours?
if you can't model or texture then youc an just throw together a bunch of existing game assets and it'll look higher fidelity than an original armour that you've made
guess they've finally learned their lesson from the shitty 1-colour texture 10 poly stuff they were making in oblivion, at least this is moderately palatable
OH GOD
i.. i started a new game
and everything is horrible and wrong
it's all a mess

I made a mod that gives death a sort of Diablo/Dark Souls/Minecraft twist, you might want to check it out if high risk corpse runs are your kind of thing

This is what I missed in Skyrims character creation.
I'm really starting to hate the immersive weapons mod. It's pretty much a pack by a guy who just made a few weapons, but ended up including stuff from other developers. Most of these developers pretty much give up on their original mods, meaning that you need IW if you want future patches for those weapons. The pack is convenient to other modders because they just have to make patches for IW instead of all the individual mods this adds for me, but this means that they release a patch that I don't know if will work if I have downloaded just some of the weapon mods individually. It's like he's making this one universal mod which eliminates localization.
My problem is that I like to download just some mods individually, but I don't want lots and lots of impractical-looking, lore unfriendly, badly designed and ridiculous weapons with conflicting art styles. (Searching for those links was a pain in the ass, because while giving credits to the authors, the creator of the pack didn't bother adding the links to those mods!)
I'm pretty sure hoth boy who makes these "immersive" sets allows you to use and modify his mods as you please, so I'm gonna attempt to make versions of both with the shit I want, should be easy enough (just delete the entries for other weapons/armours)

This is a pretty neat idea, definitely giving it a try. Another thing that could be cool, is once you defeat Alduin, then whenever you die your soul is sent to Sovngarde and you can play around up there for a cool-down length of time before coming back to Nirn. Granted, I don't know how easy that would be to do.
I don't care what you think you know. Leave it all behind, because you need this mod:

Guys, i have an issue, so i added like 10 mods to Skyrim, and now, there's a $ at the beginning of some words. Example: $Continue, $Lockpicks left, $Items, $Magicka etc. Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Something happened with your Strings folder. Delete, then verify cache integrity to fix it.

Well, i have the CD version of Skyrim, so i can't verify game cache. Any other suggestions?

I'm 99% sure the cd version activates on steam... It's probably pirated.
I have CD version and it did require to be activated on steam.

Heeheehee.
Idiot.
This guy right here was loved by no one. His retarded proportions, his tiny head, he was pretty ogre done:

Now he's reborn, shat by Malacath himself. His name is Stuart Potato:

I like this a lot, this is exactly the kind of death mod I wanted, it has nice effects as well. Although I think if you don't like quest markers you should just not have one, the way it's labeled kind of feels condescending.
