I really like the part where you [sp]fight the boss draugr who shouts[/sp], glad to see something different for a change.
Nah, the part where [sp]you fight TWO boss draugr who disarm you[/sp] was much more unique and innovative.
Draugr are better than Cliff Racers.
At least you were outside exploring when Cliff Racers attacked you, Draugr only attack when you're in the identical-looking linear dungeon that you magically teleported to and magically teleport away when you exit the handy secret-hidden-passage-back-to-the-beginning chain [sp]or lever![/sp] at the end
I don't even know what Draugr are in this game, are they some kind of enemy or ally involved in the main quest?

I love the part where you fight the [sp] super draugr death boss king lord emperor god [/sp]
You are heavily implying that Morrowind had better dungeons. Please stop, I don't want to spill my drink on my keyboard.
It kind of did though. Skyrim's dungions "play better" but they are completely void of any personality or purpose and every single dungion plays excactly like another dungion. At least in morrowind a cave made sense to be a cave where it was at, how big it was, what kinds of things were in there, etc... and each dungion you went into felt pretty unique compared to other dungions, with some really obvious exceptions (like ancestral tombs obviously all were pretty similar).
I just freed Heimskr from jail and the guards don't seem to give a shit. He just sat in a chair nearby and started eating some bread.
Holy shit! Someone actually, genuinely surrendered! I was attacked by one of those random encounter thieves. I was still in a roughspun tunic for roleplay reasons and I only had 5 gold. Anyway, I brought him down to his knees, he gave the usual "Victory is yours, I submit", then said "It's not worth it" and ran off, registering as nonhostile on the bar at the top. Huh, a thief in Tamriel with some sense, or Khajiit are just total bros and sises.
Now I don't know if it was posted in this here thread. but the guy who did the awesome Dragon Combat Overhaul is also doing a Civil War Overhaul, which adds back in all the unused and scrapped content left by Bethesda and stuff. Should be released the first of next month.

They could've just... Like... Coloured the walls or changed the ambient light/fog for each one.
I remember someone made Westeros for Skyrim in one of the first threads. What ever happend to that?
Any issues with plants respawning? I don't want a dead-looking Skyrim.
Plants? Plants?
Yeah, like lavender and the mountain flowers. Any issues with their respawning, or lack thereof? Also, I just had the most scariest thing happen to me in my game. Spoilers for being too spooky: [sp]I asked Lydia to trade items with me, and she didn't say "I am sworn to carry your burdens"![/sp] Someone hold me ;-;

Whenever a bandit surrenders in Skyrim, I go Emperor Palpatine on their ass.
I'm contemplating making a lightning mage and naming him Lord Tesla.
I'm getting weird corruption on some characters' names. Like Squaresbern here. [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/866093583034987719/7288884AA40A0E7DC6685760E2A30084EE6DC629/[/t]

Roleplaying in this game (or at least cohesion/not-metagaming) is fun.
Roleplaying in this game (or at least cohesion/not-metagaming) is fun.
i made my living as a woodcutter for quite a while, chopping wood at riverwood and taking it via caravan to whiterun then back. with ore, iron and meats/vegetables to me, it explained why there is so much wood chopping blocks and wood being delivered without there being a single fucking tree anywhere near it. then a dragon attacked riverwood on my way back. fucking dragons
Verify game integrity though steam.
Didn't work
Well, my character is currently an adventurer and doing the main quest until I can find a narrative break.
once you buy a home in one of the cites, you could open a shop. a weapons shop perhaps. then you could start soul trapping victims and enchanting them into their own weapons. th̦̣̺̺̝͕̀e͎̬̮̤̭̩ͅn̵͉̲̦ ̱͖͕̻̳͍̼l̗̟̣o̵̭c̰̘̦̻̥̥k̻̮ ̝͕͎̦͖͜ṱ̴̝͉̼̭̤͔h͚ḛ̹m̧̗̫̤ ͉̟̤̯͔̭̳i̥̺͓̟̟͙n͓̲ y͔̖͚̠̟͖͚o̷ư̳̻ͅr̨̼̞̯̤ ̲̟̩̻̟b̶̞̤a͉̘s̺̦̫̭e̶͇͍̺̣͖m̴̰̞͙̺e̦̙̹̠̖ͅn̘̯̗͚̼̖ț̤̱̻̣ for their s̪̬͈͈͇͉̣͑ͦͮo̩̦̰̒ͯ̍͋̊̍͗ụ̵̾̒l̥̖̒̊̆̋ͧͮ̊s̡̗͍̺̪̋̌ͭ to grow hungry, and l̵͚̀̒̓ͧ͐̑ë͔ͦ̏͐̄ͩ̍t̢͇͕̃͒ͧ͌̌͗ ̱̬͕ͥ̆t͇̹ͯhḙͭ͠i̧̞͇̐̐̽ͮr̟̉͋̎ͧ b̬͍͚̩͖̬͚̓ͯͦ̇͌̚l̦͔̇ͥ̑ͥo̲̱͓͉ͯͅo̹̤͙̯̘̾̈̇̊͡d̖̭̟ͪͫ̉͜l̄̀ͧ̓̾̇͝u͇̫͔̭̭s̒ͦ҉ẗ͎͎̯̺͓̫́̊̄͗̕ ̞͚̳̪̝̐ͦ͂̀̅f͎̲ͧ̐̔͆ͮ̚i͔ͤ̌͊̇͆͂̕l̸̮̆ͯͪ̇͛l̳̹̮̱͎ͥ͛ͯ̆̍ͅͅ A͚̥ͣ͂̈́ͨ̍͌ͮ͌́͠Ṉ̛̝ͩ̏̈́̆͊ͭ̄̋͒͢D̸͈̣͕̰̦̤͖ͦ͊͛͋̈̚͟ ͓̪̞̗̮͍̘̄͑̽ͫ̀̾R̳̥͆ͮ͡Ï̩̺͖̱̣͍̱͈̽̊̑̅Ş͔̬̣̙̠̐̎͛̄͑̿E̵̳̫̺̞͖͉͍̬̎̃ͧͥ̾͌͞ Or something like that... it's what I would do...
Didn't work
Some pre-CK mods messed up certain NPC names, so check for old mods in your load order.
Any issues with plants respawning? I don't want a dead-looking Skyrim.
That reminds me of my question. Do ores, when depleted, stay depleted permanently? And is it normal for [sp]the massive bounty in the Reach? Are you supposed to surrender in Markarth while trying to investigate the murders?[/sp]
Some pre-CK mods messed up certain NPC names, so check for old mods in your load order.
How do I know which is an old mod?
I don't know why I hadn't thought of this earlier but I got an interesting idea if you honestly wanted to "side" with the Thalmor. Complete the Civil War questline siding with the Stormcloaks, then [sp]in the last Dark Brotherhood mission where you[/sp][sp]kill the Emperor,[/sp][sp] plant a Stormcloak shield next to his body.[/sp] Of course I'm sure this must have been mentioned at one point or another during the previous dozen megathreads.
